Key Largo Conch House

Cute little place to stop at if you’re driving to Key West.

Waitress was friendly, food was made quickly, and it hit the spot.

Was hoping to try the mahi stuffed with blue crab but I got there a bit too early for dinner so went with the lunch cracked conch basket instead. Will plan on getting there later in the afternoon next time since the stuffed mahi sounds delicious. Good variety of items on their menu all of which are priced as expected for the area.

Nice small place.
People are very friendly.
Prices are average.
Food though...
Tried conch fritters.. made with curry.. bad idea overwhelmed taste of everything.
Wanted sweet tea and was told they where at lunch time.. so I got a coke.
Over all priced too high for quality of the food.
Alot of time and money spent on decor.
Just not worth the $60+ I spent on my food .

The place, the ambience, and the staff were all fantastic. The food, could have used a tweak. I ordered the Key Lime Macadamia pancakes with a sweet, coconut syrup. The pancakes themselves were well made, crispy and fluffy. Where the dish fell flat was the syrup. A pancake syrup should be thick enough to pour over, and unfortunately, this was not. It was completely liquid and just made a wet mess on the plate. Fix the syrup, and this dish is a winner.

This place had the best cracked conch. Key lime pie was so good with the lime gel. They had delicious loose leaf teas also!

This is a very nice restaurant that is very quaint and everyone is very nice. The food is very good and noticeably fresh. We love their breakfast. Always on point. Today we had the snapper with their mango salsa and snapper fish and chips. Both were excellent.

Stopped by here on our drive to Key Largo. Good food and service. The was marinara that was served with the calamari was a nice touch. The conch chowder is tomato-based; didn't tickle my taste buds. Portion sizes are pretty decent. Loved the ambience. We sat outdoors.

Had the conch entree and shared the gator appetizer, which were both pretty good. Friendly staff. Mosquitoes outside in the evening so be careful. We moved inside after being bitten a few times.

So amazingly good. The wife got the snapper in the macadamia nut crust and I got the Island Tropical Seafood. The flavors in that dish were some of the most unique yet delicious I've ever had.

Cute place. Very little Gluten free but a few things. Service good.. People ok. Food..meh. Really disappointing. My fish was dry and overcooked... Salsa they served with it had a bunch of cilantro... Can't stand the stuff.. But a lot of people love it so... Up to your taste in that. Avacado was pretty mushy. Beer and wine only. No bar drinks. Small place where most dine outside. I can see why otherr places are busy and they were not. Won't be returning.

We’ve been operating multiple businesses in the keys for 23 years now and have been going to this restaurant in the past. I was shocked on how the standard and quality of their food and customer service declined dramatically. No server ever smiled. I asked for water from Lori and she gave me a cocky response. I ordered the cracked conch and lobster eggs Benedict and they filled the plate up with eggs tomatoes and potatoes. Didn’t even see any lobster in it. It was $25 but not worth it even if it cost $10! Don’t waste your money!!! This place has been severely mismanaged!!!! Don’t bother coming here. Loud from street traffic as well. I won’t ever recommend this place to my guests! Go to snappers for Sunday brunch instead. My fave is the Neptune benedict or Robbie’s for breakfast and my fave is the purple isle.
