Witnessed the owner be unreasonably rude to a young lady who was ordering coffee for her and her father. She seemed extremely pleasant when she came in and didn't say one rude word to anyone and left almost in tears. The only rude one was the owner. Definitely not coming back here.

Ordered frappe and chunks of ice made it horrible. Very disappointed. It was my third visit, didnt care for answers I got from staff. I won't go back. Rather pay a little extra and get it at starbucks. At least starbucks staff is pleasant and accommodating.

My husband and I went here every day during a recent visit to the area. The coffee and service are both great. If you are a macaron fan they have some of the best I have ever tried!

For every person trying to hurt your businesses because you decided not to be the “mask police”, there are thousands you may not know about who respect you for your decision and will support you. Make great coffee and the rest will take care of itself.

Terrible customer service , ask for a double espresso in next size cup , Cathy said they don’t do that , I even offered to pay an upcharge for larger cup . She was surly , said she would do this one time but never again . That works for me because I’m never coming back & will let all my friends & family know to stay away from Crux . No regard for the customer

This place is rather insanely awesome. They have something like five different kinds of cold brew coffee, including "Nitro" which pours like Guiness and doesn't even need milk or sugar, it's so smooth. Plus a pour-over bar and espresso drinks and regular drip. It's beyond. I'm in love!!

Crux Coffee Roasters is truly THE BEST thing to have arrived in Jupiter! I have traveled the world over, and this is absolutely the best coffee I have ever expereinced!! The owners are truly master roasters and roast everything right there at the shop. Internationally TOP ranking! The owners sincerely want each and every customer to have a unique and wonderful expereince. This is truly the way coffee is meant to be enjoyed & expereinced...

My absolute favorite place in all of west palm beach to go to for coffee or sit down to get work done. Great people, coffee (I mean their lattes are actually lattes, not just milk put through the steamer without care like most places), environment and music :P. If you havn't come you need to.

Amazing small coffee joint. Our first time this morning. Best caramel iced latte. No more #starbucks for us. We will be back!
