Smilies Coffee

My first time trying this coffee today and I must say, THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The best customer service as well. 10/10 I definitely recommend. I will be keeping them in business for sure!!!

Came here for their grand opening and the coffee was delicious! Can’t wait to watch this place grow and expand. They have friendly staff and great vibes. I’m not really into the sugary coffees and Red Bull drinks but I think their basic/ standard iced coffee is very tasty within itself so thats always a plus for me! It’s also nice to get a break from the big chain owned shops in this area. Support small business :)

Absolutely love their coffee! I tried the Hammer head and it is delicious! Highly recommend Smilies Coffee! Their taste is so unique.

Today was my second visit. A few things;
1.) I’m newish diabetic, having sugar free options that are not just vanilla is literally such a gift. I don’t know if you’re aware how much it means to someone like me , it’s great to get to enjoy something the same as everyone else. (Please never get rid of that sugar free Carmel sauce) Also I frequent the Ellianos in town because of their sugar free options, but even with their sugar free I tend to have a bs spike. Both times I had your coffee my sugar has not budged.

2.) The barista on the shift this morning was outstanding. She was there also during my first visit. But this morning, she was by herself and let me tell you that the Starbucks employees could learn a thing or two from her! She was Meticulous, controlled and never dropped her positive attitude. Even though she had a line , I watched her take time on each of my beverages not rushing or lacking care. She was so organized and clean I was honestly amazed. Im so used to my Coffee not being great when it’s busy but this was not the case! I wish I remembered her name , but honestly I’m terrible at remembering names, she’s definitely worth remembering and she definitely deserves the praise!

100% give this business the time of day!
(P.S. would love to see some sf options in the Red Bull drinks and lemonades, maybe ,possibly, someday lol)

So unfortunately I didn’t get pictures butttt I totally enjoyed my experience and the coffees that my boyfriend and I got. We went on a Saturday morning and then Sunday morning bc well it was yummy 🤤 we grabbed a paper menu and plan to try one of each of everything 🥰

I wanted to stop supporting Starbucks and decided to give Smilies a try and I REGRET NOTHING! It's delicious and the little messages the baristas write on your cup make me smile every time :)

Randomly stopped by this place as it was the only coffee shop in the area and I’m impressed. Amazing service and really good coffee. Definitely will be back.

One of the best coffees I’ve had in Jacksonville! I tried a medium original and loved it. Super friendly staff!
