I won’t completely give up on this place. They are new and I see potential. However my tea lacked flavor and the boba pearls were not cooked completely and so they were still fairly hard in the middle. Hard enough I couldn’t eat them. The tiramisu was overly moist with espresso and was so mushy it did not even hold its shape. So unfortunately I neither drank the tea nor ate the tiramisu. The barista was a sweet heart and the ambiance of the restaurant is great! I’ll return, give them another try and hopefully update this to 5 stars.

Best coffee place ever! Super clean and friendly. The ladies were very profesional with top tier customer service. Their Sucuk (turkish sausage) on a croissant and the white mocha, are definitely my top favorites. 100% recommend.

Opening time of 08:00 is not accurate, 8:05 and still closed with no one visibly inside.

Great coffee but not dependable advertised hours.

It breaks my heart to write this but I do so to hopefully spark change. If you see other reviews from months ago, this place WAS fantastic. Recently, the quality has not been there. Messed up orders, missing ingredients, and lack of quality in the food/ coffee have left me not wanting to come back. I used to come regularly on the weekend but that is no longer the case.

I can not recommend going on the weekend.

I came here for breakfast on the first day of a weeklong business trip. I came back every day. The service is excellent. The drinks are excellent. The food is excellent.

On my first visit I got the sujuc platter (turkish sausage) to eat and the turkish coffee, both were wonderful.

The interior design is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere for sticking around and doing some work.

I'm definitely going to come back on my next trip to Jacksonville.

The place is nice decorated but that's it. We didn't even wait for our food, took forever, they didn't have coffee ready, no cream cheese available, so we asked for out money back. Do your self a favor, don't go. Plus , expensive.

I have to say today I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I decided to dine in . My order was was practically $40.00!!!!! For 2 sandwiches a bagel and 2 coffees. I always come into this place for their lavender lattes but today I didn’t understand at to why and how it was that we got our food but not our drinks until we were done eating and ended up still having to wait to have our drinks made. I literally sat at my table watching person after person come in order their drinks then leave. Even after I would make eye contact with girl behind the counter she kept telling me she was going to make my drinks and still nothing! It is upsetting when you are a customer that is physically there dining in and you disregard them and pay more attention to everyone else who just comes and goes. Literally I counted … 9 people ordered and got their drinks before we did as we sat there waiting for ours. And once we had to wait for our drinks 3 more people for their drinks . Had it not been that I paid $40 for that I would have walked out!!!! Ohhh and one last thing .. when she made my drink wrong I told her it was supposed to be hot not iced the other girl with her had the nerve to ROLL HER EYES!!!! Like WTFFFF?!??? So not only did you make us wait 12 people later for our drinks then make it wrong but then you have the nerve to roll your eyes about it AND EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT IT!!! It’s so unfortunate bc this place is actually really good. And I was a consistent customer but this right here just lost me.

I love this place! it’s great to hang out with friends. Only the baristas are great and so kind!

My husband and I stopped by today to try this coffee shop out and we were blown away by how amazing the interior is, customer service, coffee, and food! Hands down the best coffee we’ve had in a hot minute. We will definitely be back and will be regulars!
