This is hands down the best coffee in Tampa! First of all, the employees are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is beautiful and has a really nice vibe/aesthetic full of plants and clean colors happening. There are plenty of places to sit inside and outside. They also sell some cute merchandise including shirts, growlers, and glass cups. The coffee is amazing! I ordered a cold brew with almond milk and mocha and it was refreshing and creamy, but not too sweet! My bf ordered a nitro cold brew with whole milk and vanilla and his was really creamy as well with a nice smoothness to it. We also ordered one of the vegan/gluten free doughnuts they had: cookie dough...and oh my gosh, it was so tasty! The middle had cookie dough, the doughnut was really moist, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Also, really reminded us of the cafe scene in Korea, which we miss dearly. Needless to say, we will be returning!

Smooth flavor, good size and great prices for what you get. Morning waffles and pastries as well! What more could you ask for. Good environment, and nice people great customer service.

Jonathon and his team have their stuff down to a fine art. I’m a big tea fan and they have a great range of caffeinated and non caffeinated beverages to choose from. The waffles are amazing as well, you’d never know they were gluten free and are the perfect treat!

Great coffee shop with cool ambiance and awesome service

I have been getting coffee and an occasional vegan/gluten free waffle here for a few months and never disappointed. Usually I take my coffee to go but this week I sat inside. The experience was great.

The coffee is good. Better than most actually, thus the reason for going out of the way to get their coffee. But the female cashier who was working today, 1/1, is not friendly at all. She helped me in the past and she is never friendly.

The latte is eh. Felt like I was drinking sweet milk, not coffee. But the vibes were great! Friendly baristas. Good place for working on a laptop.

A nice spot to meet up with a friend to talk over coffee. My friends appreciate their gluten free foods and variety of drink options. Excited for the LOL/Lutz location to open and be able to visit closer to home!

I tried Elevation for the first time a few weeks ago and it was amazing! I got an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and was thrilled! The atmosphere is really relaxing and chill. Such a cute shop.

Come here before and had a good experience, came again today and the staff was great but they mixed up whole milk when I asked for oat milk in my latte. No worries, when I got it fixed it was white in color and tasted like straight milk. Staff was nice but wouldn’t recommend if you actually like the taste of coffee.

My wife introduced me to Elevation Coffee Roasters based on a recommendation she received from one of her patients. We visited and immediately I fell in love. Why? Atmosphere, vibe, coffee, service, waffles (the Waffles!). You walk in with a greeting, and feeling like you are visiting a friend. People are sitting around at the table, the bar, on the couch. You immediately think, "Wow, cool place to hang out." My wife and I sat on the couch enjoyed a vanilla latte and she enjoyed her lavender latte while we ate a blue berry waffle.
