Immaculate vibes here. Very cozy and warm inside and the perfect location to study at. The staff was super nice too, adding to the friendly atmosphere. I got the hot chocolate (which was pretty good), but will definitely be back to try out the coffee and tea!

Highly recommend for both coffee and pastries. It was my favorite as a UF student many years ago and has only gotten better. Very friendly service and great co-working space.

Delightful atmosphere and even better coffee! The fresh pastries and the brewed coffee aroma made for a perfect morning of productivity. The welcoming baristas, peaceful music, and pleasant crowd made this an ideal spot for studying; it’s also a great space for collaboration or simple leisure. Pascal’s two-story shop provides clean, comfortable accommodations without the discomfort of overcrowded spacing. I now have a new favorite Saturday morning coffee stop!

The staff are so wonderful. Coffee is excellent and best of all are the pastries from the Upper crust. I love to take my laptop and work from here. Nice, quiet atmosphere

Everyone is always nice here! They have plain mint and rooibos tea for anyone out there on a migraine diet like me. It's mainly a student study center, but also a nice little place to stop in for a beverage with plenty of seating.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! after being closed for some renovations, they've reopened and I am so grateful and realizing just how much I love it there. No other coffeehouse in Gville has the perfect blend of ambience, views, friendliness, and delicious coffee that Pascal's does. You all are fantastic!

Pascal's is far and away my favorite coffee shop! One of—if not THE—best coffee shops I've ever been to. Pascal's approaches coffee-making as a craft, so every drink ordered is treated with care. They specifically buy high-quality, ethically sourced coffee and partner with local Gainesville roasters, so the drinks themselves taste amazing. What's more, though, Pascal's feels cozy. So many specialty coffee shops these days don't feel like the kinds of places you can sit for hours in comfort. But I can spend all day at Pascal's and feel totally at home: The abundant natural light, the pine wood and white walls, and the string lights all give the place a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like the perfect "third place". I think the best part of Pascal's, though, is the people who work there. They emphasize hospitality and connection, so the baristas are always super kind. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!! Stop in for their cuban espresso with milk (one of the only places in town where you can get it!) and stay for hours for the vibrant but still restful ambience.
