When the "Hot Now" sign is on you can ask for a free Doughnut off the line(little known secret) We found this out at an Orlando location, I verified this location does the same. Make sure to sign up on the Krispy Kreme app to earn free doughnuts and get emails on the specials.

Donuts were delicious, but the service was not as friendly as it should be. The lady taking our order seemed extremely rushed, and frustrated with everyone...like c'mon, hurry up and spit your order out... this was my very 1st visit at a Krispy Kreme, and will more than likely be my last. The donuts were good and all, but not THAT good to go back and be made to feel like I am a big bother. Oh well...live and learn.

Made a list minute stop for my daughter one morning and I wish I would've gotten the gentleman's name that waited on us, he was fast and polite even with me cracking jokes about dunkin donuts, the donuts were fresh and great tasting in a clean environment. Would definitely recommend

Came near closing and were happy they had some donuts left. Got 5 dozen from two great attendants. Thank you very much.

When the light 💡 is on that means they’re making donuts and you can buy a dozen glazed hot! Tables inside all had KK hats stacked on top for people to take for free. There’s a large glass window inside where you can watch the donuts being glazed. Very clean shop. Plenty of indoor seating. There’s also a restroom. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking lot/spaces. They accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Awesome place to get out of this world donuts. They are always fresh and the people are so kind!

Driving through Gainesville and saw this cute retro looking Krispy Kreme so I had to stop in! The doughnuts weren't hot despite the "hot light" being on so I did mention this and promptly given hot ones to replace them. Taste is the same as my beloved WP location BUT the shape was off and a little more yeasty. Overall, still good just be mindful of that light.

Was in Gainesville and drove by Krispy Kreme, saw the light on and just had to stop. Been a long time since I had a Krispy Kreme doughnut. Forgot how good they really are. Love the decorative doughnuts for the holidays. Service was great and very friendly.

I absolutely LOVE Krispy Kreme!!! There donuts are always so fresh and good!! And, there customer service is great! Just wish we had one in Lake City!!

The guys at the counter were great! They had us laughing and smiling our entire visit for coffee and 2 dozen donuts. Can't beat fresh Krispy Kreme donuts!
