This wonderful little spot in downtown Gainesville is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys feline companionship. The staff are friendly, the hot chocolates are tasty, and the cats are absolutely delightful.

Had a great time seeing all the cats. Very reasonably priced. Just remember that it’s cats you’re dealing with so they are very fickle! As long as you respect the cats boundaries you’ll get along just fine. Some are more snuggly than others. They rotate out the cats that are there. Environment was nice and relaxed and the owner was super nice and easy to talk to. Her and her father clearly really love cats.
Be prepared that the cats may be sleeping or hiding when you get there, they are cats after all. But after a bit we got to pet and play with a couple of them.
Immaculate vibes 💯

we had the best time here! for a decent price, we got to see so many cats and we ended up getting the whole room to ourselves. the staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. we ended up falling in love with one of the cats and we adopted her! everyone was so excited for us and it was an easy process. we loved it here!

Wonderful atmosphere with wonderful staff and wonderful kitties. It’s a very affordable place to go with friends or solo! Although I’ve never ordered any food, my friend got a hot chocolate and loved it. I’ll never get tired of visiting this gem.

A new coffee shop (beverage and baked goods) in downtown Gainesville on south side of Union Street Station. Cats available for play while visiting, and for adoption (thru partnership with local Humane Society). I only stopped in for a snack, the cookie was OK and seeing the cats a lot of fun.

This place is soo cute. I love it!!! Definitely will come back, if I want to adopt again. You don't have to adopt either, that's fine, it still a great way to see some cats while having a drink. I'm sure the cats love the attention, nevertheless.

Everyone was incredibly friendly! We loved spending time with the cats and even adopted one after being there. They made the adoption process super easy and we went home with the cat we liked the same day.

I have come to this location a few times previously and had a good experience, but make sure you don’t go any time later in the day, as there will be very few cats! They used to have a policy where adopted cats would not be picked up until after they close, but clearly they don’t do that anymore, as there were very few cats, and I saw someone pick up one of the cats while they were still open.
Also, more important, they have cats there that are not suitable for a cat cafe. Cat cafes should have cats that are not excessively fearful or cats that are AGGRESSIVE. Most of the cats there were fearful of people, and there was a cat that was actively aggressive; it kept following my friend and growling, and it bit both my friend and me. My friend was worried they would be genuinely attacked with how aggressive the cat was. When I told the staff about this, they laughed and said that “sounds about right.” That cat should be kept at the humane society where it came from instead of a cat cafe!! That’s unfair to the cat AND the customers. I don’t know why they would be ok putting their customers and cats at risk. Keep in mind, I am not someone who leaves low reviews, but this is a definite safety risk that you should be aware of.

I’ve been here before and had a nice time, so my friends and I decided to return. I understand that if you go in their closing hour then the cats will be less energetic from a long day of socializing, but all the cats they have currently are either incredibly fearful of people or downright aggressive.
I have owned cats my entire life, I know how to navigate cat moods. But there is one cat there that should NOT be in this environment. She would aggressively follow and swat at me and bit both me and my friend. I actively tried to disengage, but she continued to follow me and growl at me. We complained to the staff there and one of them laughed in our faces and said “yeah that sounds about right”. I know for a fact this cat has been in the cafe for a few weeks, since she’s been on the humane society’s website for a while. She shouldn’t be in this environment, since it’s unsafe for both the cat and the customers.
