After passing by this place for more than a decade, I finally made a point to stop by and try it out.
The coffee is pretty good and the venue is quaint. Not too big, but seemingly fit for the locals in downtown Ft. Walton.
The place smelled great. The service was good. If you're in the downtown Ft. Walton area, you'll definitely want to stop by for a tasty caffeinated beverage.

Delicious! Just bought the five pound bag of the jazz flavor. The barista made me a cold brew aloha coffee to go. Love the subtle touch of pineapple in the cold brew, very unique. Such an adorable coffee shop located in down town FWB. Friendly service with a smile. :)

Any time I am at the landing I will stop in for a Redneck Latte or whatever I am feeling that day. I have never left here disappointed. I love small coffee shops and the fact that they roast their own coffee is pretty awesome if you ask me. I try to keep stalked up with their “Crack Coffee” beans at home it is my absolute favorite coffee the aroma is impeccable. I highly suggest trying it out if you like some tasty and potent coffee.

They have a wide selection of coffees from around the world! I would expect this is owned and operated by a master roaster. They have a couple coffees I do not see usually (like the Indian monsoon) and other crafty blends. I usually stop in here a few times while on vacation. Met three guys in front of me -one was, Ted. He has a specialty drink named after him, also on the menu. So order the “Ted” when you stop in and it’ll give you wings.
Also Ashley is beautiful!! I would have came more just to see her, and drink maas coffee and chat. Wish I lived closer.

My recommendation...Red Neck Latte! Hits the spot EVERY time!

I usually gravitate to a local Starbucks for informal business meetings (nothing wrong with that!) but Mass is a whole different thing. Very small but welcoming with a great smell and a good selection of coffees and teas. Plus they sell beans to go. They have cakes and pastries. About 8 seats inside and a courtyard with tables and shades out back. Great prices and friendly barrister. Loads of nearby parking. I could become a regular.

Maas has some of the freshest coffee you can find. As someone who has roasted my own coffee, when attempting my own business, I can firmly say that this is great coffee. Without any additives it is smooth, mildly sweet, with the natural oils that coat the mouth. The after taste sticks around for a short time. Incredible place to visit. This coffee shop is a perfect marriage to Good Things Donuts.

This place serves the most delicious coffee! The ambiance is nice and there's a beautiful outside area to sit. The location is perfect if you want to walk by the bay or check out some shops while you sip your coffee!

Our lattes were amazing, as was the coffee were purchased for our stay in the area. The roaster clearly knows their stuff!

Really nice coffee but rather expensive. Better quality than Starbucks, bit richer coffee. The staff were nice both times I went there but not really on the ball with organization and effectiveness. I'll probably go back but with the expectation of needing a time buffer. The internet name/password was incorrect but easy to figure out the correct name and it worked well. My Mass Spresso was uneven, the top was pure coffee but the bottom was flavorful and delicious. I would recommend stopping by and seeing if it's for you.
