I’ve been coming here for a good while now! I typically stick to a milk tea with boba, and sometimes venture out into some of the teas, and the banana smoothie after workouts. The owner is a kind man, and his children are very well behaved and polite. Lately though, my visits are not the same and I’ve had somewhat of an unpleasant experience. The girl whom was dressed like an angel, has a very sour attitude…. Quite opposite of an angel. She’s very rude and impolite, and makes it seem like it’s a hassle to order a drink. And this is not the first time she’s acted this way…. I saw that they had a new menu item, the matcha milk tea latte! Which I was interested in potentially trying…. I asked her a few small questions (while it was NOT busy) and got a very rude, blunt attitude back. Safe to say I will only return when I see she is not working. :/ if you don’t like customer service and making people’s day… don’t work in the food/drink industry.

Went to Paradise today, overall the drinks me and my friend ordered were super tasty! Downfall of todays trip would definitely be the pibes of rubber inside of her drink which was white chocolate coffee blended with boba.

The first drink that I ordered tasted like playdough, the girl behind the counter was nice enough to replace the drink. The most disgusting thing happened, the lady walked out with the drink that I had returned and was drinking it. The only thing different was the straw.

This place was recommended to me by a close friend, i wasnt a huge fan of boba until Paradise. This spot offers so many different flavors of boba tea, popping boba, and smoothies.. i get something new everything i come. Currently the cotton candy with lychee jelly smoothie is my favorite!!

i’ve been to 11 boba places around me and this happened to be the worse one. this was my first time there and i got a mango boba milk tea and it tasted like acetone. i wish i could’ve gotten my $5.67 back😡 i drove 40 minutes for this boba.

The boba milk tea is really good when it’s made right. Sometimes I get it and the tapioca pearls are too hard and not sweet at all. Other times I get it and it’s perfect. Same goes with the milk tea itself. Either it’s perfect or has no flavor at all. But when it’s all done right, it’s really good. Just wish they would do it the same always.

The smoothies were very good but they were out of boba and bubble waffles and they forgot to give us our macarons. We were there 30 minutes before closing though.

I love the drinks from this place, but when I had to wait for my bubble waffle multiple parties with out masks came in and were served. When I asked the cashier if they were enforcing the mask requirement on their door...she said it was "too hard" to tell people to wear a mask. Honestly unacceptable.

I've been to Taiwan and this store is just as good as the tea there! the thai tea is authentic and the rose milk here is the ONLY one I'll order from anywhere, rose is usually overdone as a flavor but they manage to nail it every single time. the customer service is great, unless there's a huge line you usually get your tea within minutes. if you like things that taste good do yourself a favor and get the rose milk tea with lychee crystal boba, it's the best.
also as someone who cooks a lot of asian food, unless you have a huge budget and great sources for it, anything taro flavored is coming from a powder or a can because it's a very niche food item and can only be grown in certain places. it's not fair to be rude to the staff because you don't know where taro comes from.

Their fruit teas are good, no complaints there… but the milk teas are god awful; they taste like 25% tea and 75% whole milk. Also their hours are terrible, they are always closed whenever I go.
