Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’m getting tired of paying an up charge for a bagel and I can’t even choose the bagel I want. Now I have a $7 breakfast sandwich I don’t even care to eat. This place consistently misses the mark and I don’t think I’ll be back. I’d rather drive off campus and get what I order than pay for disappointment and burnt coffee. Why is the egg green?!? 🤢

The food is decent but overpriced for what you end up with. Always a long line and long wait. But overall not bad.

I always have terrible experiences ordering food here! they never have my food ready. I made an order on grubhub, hoping it’ll be quicker but I stood there for 50 minutes and it was never made. When I asked the male worker about it and I showed him my receipt to prove that I paid for my sandwich, the guy refused to make it for me and was completely rude. I literally left the restaurant with no food and wasted my money. Will be disputing.

I love this location! I went in after experience a bad morning & Alyssa’s totally brightened my day, she is Super sweet & friendly along with the rest of the staff & the bagels are always fresh & delicious. Very clean atmosphere❣️ You can tell they care for this bagel shop on campus of FGCU very well❣️

Great Place for the students to have lunch at!! Always a friendly staff!!

Only that weirds me out is these two.. i guess customers, that will stand at the counter and stare at the ladies working. Im not the kind of person to say anything to them but it would make me feel uncomfortable. BUT other than that i would definitely recommend this place.

I really do enjoy the coffee at Einstein Bros. In my opinion, Einstein has the best coffee, thanks to Caribou, but at this particular location I've been repeatedly getting medium sized drinks instead of the large I always order lately and it's been very inconvenient to have to address the issue the multiple times it's now happened. I don't mind having to correct it every once in a while, but it's now happening more often and I just don't want to bother paying the extra money and hope I get the size I ordered.

My order was messed up but I don’t care at all if they’re friendly and doesn’t bother making a new one! Everyone makes mistakes anyway and I can’t complain about that

Pizza bagel is mid but I Fw everything else

This particular store is awful. They messed up my sandwich twice! Not even slightly apologetic, I finally gave up and left and went somewhere else to eat.

Great location and feel. The customer service is not on par. But if you don't care about attitude the food and coffee are great!
