I absolutely LOVED this place! Cute spot with a great atmosphere. Food was delish and the drink was amazing. I ordered the Iced Raspberry latte and The Bullig-I had a great first experience and will definitely be back!!

Ate there several months ago… Food was fine, menu was limited. Meals do not come out quickly . They do add a 20 percent gratuity which I am not a fan of.

While it is very expensive and there are a ton of extra fees (automatic tip even though you aren’t waited on + takeout fee) the most frustrating thing is they never answer the phone . I just want to pick it up on my way to work and they take a long time to make food so I can never actually go! Can you please start making the phone a priority? Or add online orders?

Bullig Coffee & Bites, Fowler St., Ft. Myers, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
I got the house coffee and their version of a waffle.
The coffee was very good. Me being a waffle expert, the waffle was outstanding.
Though it was a new modern design of a waffle it tasted very good.
Now chatter. The staff and owner are great. This is a kinda touchy feelly place for The organic/veggie folks who walk among us. Its kinda out of the way place, next to the butterflies estates in downtown Ft. Myers.
But well worth the trouble of seeking out this little gem.
Its not for the blue collar guys. There is NO IFO of the business parking. You must drive around and park in the 10-15 space lot or on the Hough St.
So if seeking something healthy or different give it a try..

This is a nice quaint little coffe shop with everything waffles! I had the "who pooped the waffle." So good. Great service and lots of menu choices.

We waited over an hour for our food. absolutely ridiculous. It also took about 20 minutes for a worker to come and clean our table from all the food from the previous group. I’m fact, we had to go get someone to clean it since no worker noticed. Food was mediocre.

It was good but a long wait. Had to sit outside because we brought our dog. It was very hot out. They had issues with the waffle irons so it took awhile.They did bring ice out for the dog. We had water for him. Thankfully it was in the shade.

Although this place has amazing food, the service I received the last 2 times I went there were unacceptable. I’ve held off for months posting this review because the food in genuinely delicious, but its something I haven’t been able to let go because I am genuinely disappointed and expected more from them. I’ve been here so many times and have introduced so many friends to this spot. The second to last time I went and invited a friend. I put my order in before she came and my friends food came, but mine never did. Now that had never happened to me before and the waiter was apologetic so I wasn’t upset. But the very last time I went, I sat by myself with my computer because I wanted to get some work done before I went in on some food. I ordered a coffee and the same waiter kept asking me if I needed anything else and I told her I’d let her know when I was ready. Few minutes later she suddenly came up to and rudely asked me if I was going to be ordering anything else (she was literally trying to rush me out of there) and I didn’t respond, I gave her a weird look because her tone was so inappropriate and I couldn’t believe she had talked to me that way. She instantly corrected herself and tried saying it nicer and I wasn’t having it, I asked for the manager right away and explained the situation and she did nothing but EXCUSE her. I was shocked, she even said “she’s actually a really nice girl” and I was like I’m sure she is but this is what I’ve experienced the last 2 times I’ve been here. Instead of apologizing and attempting to correct her behavior she basically made it seem as if I started the complaint to get a free coffee and I was just offended even more. I didn’t want a free coffee!!! I wanted to PAY for my coffee to support their small business, I just didn’t want to be treated like sh*t in the process. It’s extremely disappointing because I genuinely loved this place and showed as many people as I could when I had the chance because I felt they deserved the recognition. I haven’t been back since and even had a friend tell me they also had a negative experience the last time they went there. Its a shame, it truly is. This place has too much potential to have such a bad attitude about a loyal customer expressing their concerns. I hope they grow and learn to accept constructive criticism, but as for me I will not be going back.
