Cold AC, amazing coffee, music is great, and customers are always working at a different level.
Definitely a place to stop by and get exposed to the right energy!!!

First time here came because of amazing reviews :) service was PHENOMENAL but my iced coffee literally tasted like sweet tea, I’m not happy with the coffee but maybe another time.

After several disappointing coffee experiences in the area, I finally arrived at Wells.

In counterpoint to their competition, the Wells Coffee House delighted on all fronts.

As I entered, the place buzzed as a reputable coffee house should. Customers, locals and tourists, enjoyed their food and libations alone and in groups. The welcoming, vibrant space immediately cheered.

Staff proved themselves as the next pleasant ingredient. They communicated well, carefully and accurately accepted orders, and delivered quickly but without rushing.

I grabbed a slice of the walnut zucchini bread. It proved fresh and delicious with a superb contrast of textures between the crust and the crumb. Yum!

My latte arrived as chaser. A brimming cup at perfect temperature and exquisitely crafted foam easily demonstrated the barista's skill.

Relaxed and sated, I left -- likely to return again before continuing our trip.

Been coming here for a while now. Love their coffee and place but unfortunately my experience is not always positive. Jamal and the lady with green hair - amazing coffee experience, 24-27 second made espresso, marshmallow-like milk foam = exceptional cappuccino.
The lady with black hair and round glasses - totally opposite, sour espresso shot, foam with big bubbles and too much milk.

BB Wells coffee is the best mild cup of joy with low acidity I have ever had. the coffee person at Whole foods in Coral Springs turned me onto the brand while I was visiting in Lauderhill and I loved it so much I just got a subscription in NYC!!

Awful coffee at a cheap set up coffee shop. Staff members are rude and argue over a flat white in a 6oz cup for over $6.

If you are looking for a real coffee shop to sit enjoy good coffee and relax a bit I would give this shop a hard pass.

Bummer! Sad to write this. Returned to Fort Lauderdale for a visit after have moved away a few years ago. Wells was ALWAYS the spot for consistently good coffee. Staff is still super friendly but the coffee was pretty poor. Flat white was like a bad cappuccino from Starbucks. And on top of that I was asked to come back and pay for a “balance due” which turned out to be a drip coffee I didn’t even order or receive. All things being equal I would have been happy to just consider that a caffè sospeso, but it just seemed insult to injury after such a disappointing coffee.

Ive been coming here since ~2015 and its been great watching this place get so popular over time.

They roast in house, in view of the rest of the shop which is cool and all the baristas are always friendly and on point.

I’m Italian and this place has the best espresso I’ve had in South Florida. They even pulled it ristretto for me - full, rich and smooth 🤩🤩

The coffee is wonderful! They have high quality beans and roast it right on site, so it could not possibly be more fresh. But they BLAST the music so loud that conversation is impossible. So, if you value tranquility, hanging out there is something to avoid.
