This place is fun but be aware of your purchases, some things are reasonable and even a deal but other things can be found cheaper elsewhere and be the same quality.

1st visit. Can't wait to go back when I have more time. Employee was very helpful in locating item I was looking for...bookcase. Lots of outdoor furniture, toss pillows, towels, sheets, pictures, candles, dishes....too much to list.

I overpaid for 2 laundry baskets. $14.99 apiece. Both broke the FIRST time I used them. But my real rage was the service on the first visit, and on the trip to return them. Both times, the cashier was friendly, helpful, and concerned. Both times management was aloof, dismissive to the employee and did not even acknowledge my presence. Reprehensible, and I will not shop there again.

I totally wish we had one in Northern Michigan. It's like Pier1 meets TJ Max meets something else that I just can't put my finger on... Maybe world markets uniqueness?
Only negative is that there is only 1 cashier. I've been in line about 5 minutes and there are still 6 people in front of me and 5 behind.

I'm loving this store !! I just have one problem, I need more money in the budget...lol They have some very nice buys & great selections to choose from. I purchased cushions for my lanai furniture & I'm very pleased. I will be going back for some beautiful planters & what ever else catches my eye.

I was excited to visit the new At Home store in my area. The store was a mess, I attributed that to holiday shopping and being a newer store and that maybe the layout wasn’t that well thought out, the aisles are too small for shopping carts to pass each other and many aisles have merchandise on shelves so high that you can’t even see all that they offer. They offer a huge selection of things but their pricing is either well priced or strangely high priced on items. I spent almost $600. this day but I won’t be going back. The most disappointing was customer service. I bought a dining table that was a floor model, it was their last one. No one at the store offered to order it and have it shipped to me or the store at discounted shipping, they did give 10% off of the floor model. At checkout I had brought a corner shower stand, there were 3 on the aisle with no tags, I brought a tag that was torn off laying on a shelf for spa stands of $34.99, they have their employees scrolling through hundreds of items online on smartphones for information or pricing, the managers were busy not answering, I said repeatedly to just use the tag I brought because we had so many issues at checkout that the line had tripled in size, a manager through the earpiece told her she was to charge for a similar stand online, the prices were anywhere from $25-$40, and she picked one at $40 because mine wasn’t there. I had her put it back at this point the experience wasn’t the best and I just wanted to be done. My cashier said they’d load wrap the table and load it in back. We pulled the truck out back they rolled the table out and were just going to throw it in the bed of the truck with nothing. The older gentleman explained very short and irritated we don’t have anything to do that, and our tables come boxed...the younger gentleman said would I like him to see if he can find some cardboard to put under it, he did and helped load it, he was probably the only small redemption of the store, I should’ve gotten his name, that and I like the table very much. No reason to go back. My advice...stick to Pier1, Tuesday Morning...Homegoods, unless you find something online and you need to make the trip to touch and feel the item.

Very big store with all kinds of treasures. Everything for the home. Store was clean and everyone had on masks. Some very good prices, some still a little high but if you look around, you'll find something you need!
