Great little coffeeshop / wine-bar. Coffee is of the best Italian roast you'll find anywhere, I often go in the morning after the gym and get a green smoothie and a double shot of espresso occasionally, I'll go for a breakfast croissant. Weekend evenings, we stop in for their Italian Reds. Small shop and very busy, if you go and you should, be patient, it's worth the wait.

Nice spot to sit outside and have a few glasses of wine. The bartender lacked enthusiasm for her job and customers on 3/17. Maybe just a bad day. Buy two bottles and get one free.

Stopped in for coffee and to listen to the music across the street. Loved this little gem. Our pups loved it too. Relax enjoy the coffee and listen to music.

This is a lovely local coffee shop in downtown Dunedin. It offers various breakfast options which are delicious. A must stop in the morning!

Attended an info session about creating chandeliers, which is one of the latest craze's in Dunedin. Cindy is very knowledgeable and passionate about Chandeliers. Cork N Beans has excellent service and the fresh ground coffee and Expresso is very enticing

I was in the Dunedin area for sunrise morning and I wanted to have a quick coffee around the area. I searched for a place near me and came across Cork & Beans Coffee House. It is a small cafe with beautiful decor. By browsing through the menu I decided to order Matcha Latte. The order was quick and I got the coffee in 5 mins. It was hot and freshly brewed. The coffee was amazing and loved the cafe.

Anyone who thinks they don’t have a restroom is either blind or plain stupid; see the picture I posted.
This is my favorite coffee place downtown, anything you want, regular or decaf, hot or iced, my favorite is the Turtle Latte and they always have great seasonal specials.
Don’t forget to pay it forward while you’re there and try the lemon poppyseed cookies.
