Staff were super friendly, superior coffee selection, and TONS of small bites to satisfy any hankering. Prices are great & they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Many, many locals were there, so you know it's good. Would definitely recommend!

Great service ππ wonderful place to listen to locals talk about world events or bee π keeping tips. Have large variety of beverages hot and cold to select from and yummy daily made sweet treats with a few items on the more savory side to select from in their glass display case. (Mom and pop Starbucks/Barnes & Knoble feel) Would definitely be a good place to visit, to just relax before you finish any shopping or site seeing. π

Every time I go here, I wish I could stay just a little bit longer. Sure, a coffee shop is a coffee shop, but maybe it's the selection, the baked treats in the counter, or the tables that encourage conversation or contemplation, or the staff who know their stuff and always friendly. Maybe it's the view of Beach St. The overall experience at Sweet Marlays' is meant to be savored like your favorite cuppa.

Yummy coffee and desserts. Wish they didn't use plastic utensils and paper plates though. Lunch selection wasn't great so we just got some bakery items.

We loved going to this coffee shop. The customer service was amazing! The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing and down to earth. The iced coffee was actually the best I've ever had! The ice cubes were made of coffee!!! Totally loved this place and will return next year again. They have plenty seating and tables. My boys enjoyed a game of chess as we enjoyed our iced coffee and relaxed.

Overall very nice coffee shop with a great atmosphere. There is chess to play, good selections of baked goods and drinks.
We had the Creme Brulee coffee with an apricot muffin and The Fighting Latte paired with an almond biscotti. The snacks we great and the drinks were not piping hot, it was perfect to start drinking right away.
The two young men working were very polite and had great energy.
The only reason I did not give a 5 stars was that the menu was a little difficult to read on the board and we could not find hand out menus on the counter or tables.

Coffee, bagels, coconut macaroons, and lemon bar were top notch!
My favorite was the gal behind the counter subtlety singing along with the music. She didn't miss a beat with positivity, service, and tone.
What a memorable experience!

Cool vibes, expensive black coffee. They mischarged me and I ended up spending 4.50 on a (albeit large) black coffee... too much for my liking. Overall it is clean and nice. If you like craft, cozy coffee spots, this is a great option. Too pricey for me though, and no free refills.

Since my office is on Beach Street, Sweet Marlays' is an obvious choice for delicious coffee (and AMAZING pastries). I love the casual atmosphere and the awesome staff. Truly a favorite spot to meet a friend or a new client!

When we first walked in, no one greeted us. We waited there stupidly for 10 minutes. 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks were ordered. Before us a gentleman was dissatisfied with his sandwich and had 2 of his guest return it. The old man said that he will eat it , but they told him that they will remake it for him. Well, the worker gave us his sand which (very unsanitary) and tried lying about it . The other worker said it was the sandwich the guy had. That is completely disgusting because the old man touched the food! Those two women have 0 customer service skills and 0 manners. Itβs sad when you try and support locals and get treated like that.
