Clean, organized, and relatively prompt service. Frozen yogurt with all kinds of toppings plus ice cream. As someone who has not been to this type of place, I stood in line for a while without knowing the frozen yogurt was self serve.
When I checked out I ordered a small cup of ice cream. The cashier took my money and then I had to wait for her to take other customers before she washed her hands and got the ice cream. There should have been some one else to do that!
Hopefully slow service is the exception.

Great experience! They had different types of ice cream including dairy free soft serve (Sweet Frog type) and floats. Very clean with nice decor. The service was amazing. We will definitely come again!

I have to say this is probably the worst boba and customer service I’ve experienced. The girl working was not welcoming at all. I tried asking for suggestions as this was my first time and it’s like she didn’t know much. After choosing between and mixture of winter melon and lychee, I walked out tasting it and instantly turned around to ask for a refund or an exchange because I’ve never seen “fruit tea” boba powdery and taste as sweet as it did. I then asked her what kind of “fruit tea” it and her answer made it make sense. They don’t use fruit tea, they use tea with flavored syrup. She instantly told me the manager doesn’t allow refunds or exchange of another flavor if the customer doesn’t like the flavor. This is not customer satisfaction. Will not be returning.

While I appreciate this place for its friendly environment and a variety of sweets such as Fro-yo ice cream, macarons and more. Unfortunately, their boba is not what I expected from the vast variety and quality flavor you may experience at boba shops in Orlando. Recently moving back to Davenport meant I lost having so many boba options near to my home so when I saw they were offering boba here naturally I was excited but prepared to keep an open mind since this is not a boba shop.. we ordered the traditional milk tea and the lavender I can tell you right away their products are without a doubt powdered and not natural tea (I’ve been to many boba spots and can easily tell the difference) I saw the young girl in the back make everything in smoothie blender.. I appreciate that there was milk alternatives but the flavor and lavender flavor alone was just straight up syrup. Not a good balance of flavor and the boba was subpar.. not the chewy consistency I usually enjoy. The drink made me feel sick to my stomach because it was SO sweet. I understand a business thing to maximize their profits and suit cravings for all… but perhaps they should leave this to those who actually understand the craft of boba tea and leave it to those who know how to properly make a drink. So a warning to local boba lovers like myself it’s far better to make the 30-45 min drive to Orlando if you want GOOD boba milk tea.

Absolutely will NEVER make the mistake of coming here again! Amd will make sure EVERYONE I know doesn't either. Ordered a Mango Boba tea. Waited 40 min. !!! Really???
The staff acted as if they were annoyed we were waiting for an order. Not friendly at all. 3 people in the back washing dishes. When they saw we were watching they swing the door shut with an attitude.
Don't make the mistake of giving this place your money.
REPLY TO RESPONSE.....
NO ONE let us know when we ordered there would be that type of a delay. It was only when we asked, after 30 min., that were were told "We only have 5 people today. It may be a bit."
But honestly... 40 min. for a Boba tea? The fact you think there is ANY justification for that says everything we need to know.
As as far as your treatment of us... once again... the staff was unattentive, not friendly, and acted annoyed that we dared to ask how much longer it would be.
As to not treating you like this? I was actually judicious with my review. I didn't even talk about what we were watching your staff do in the back before they swung the door closed.
No, we will not spend any more money at your establishment. And from other reviews I see here, this was not a first. As a business owner myself, I would have never responded the way you did with excuses and no form of acceptance of responsibility or offer of compensation.

Such a cute little place! Family owned, small business right near my house. Quite overly pricey, but the food is great. They have froyo, boba, pitaya & açaí bowls, as well as ice cream! Cant wait to return for more (when I get paid lol)

This place is perfect for the "exhausted parent"! They have boba in a ridiculous number of flavors and macarons. This place is wonderful and I'm glad my family lives close enough to visit often!

My family and I have been residents in Davenport since 2015 , this place is ALWAYS our to go when craving sweets , they stay updated as business . I moved a couple years ago but still make a drive to this place . Always friendly stuff and great prices for quality products !

Good tea flavor options but for some reason their boba has brown sugar which makes the drink way too sweet. The ice cream is good and the kids like their topping options for the froyo. Definitely a nice place I just wish they had regular boba pearls.
