Great new specialty coffee house serving healthy breakfast and lunch options too!
Freshly roasted coffee selections are amazing.
Packaging is on point and makes an excellent gift for any coffee lover.
Location: Tucked immediately around the corner from Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.

I love finding new places for good coffee. The coffee at House of Per'La is superb. They also make their own almond milkđź’•
My husband and I had a capuccino and a matcha latte Latte great taste, quality and service.

I'm in love!!! This coffee shop is absolutely wonderful. Their knowledge of coffee is unmatched; from pour overs, to cortados, to traditional macchiatos, these guys know what they are doing.
The location is awesome and easy to access. Parking isn't a problem.
I got the Rwanda pour over and it was absolutely delicious. You have to check these specialty coffee roasters out ASAP!
Great place to use WiFi for free and get some work done or studying.

The coffee here and options are great - very much a departure from what's typical in South Florida. There's a young man whose name escapes me that works/manages the cafe during the week with the most amazing disposition and willingness and ability to recall even the most specific of preferences.
Today however, my visits come to an abrupt end. A couple with a very large dog enter and stood right next to the pastry case with their dog. The man proceeded to feed the dog hand to mouth ice cubes. I whispered to the attendant that I only eat from places that allow guide dogs to enter in proximity to good and drink. Her heart was truly with the dog and his owners so she said "they're welcome". I truly love animals especially dogs but sanitization in the food service industry is paramount. I can't unsee that. I politely declined my morning cup of joe.
Time to home brew!

I was really disappointed with the Latte from here and the previous reviews did not match my experience.

Loved this place with the previous owner and am happy they kept many of their great menu items, staff and vibe. Will keep coming back.

So I stopped here for a quick brunch when a good friend said I needed to get some me time while having a family issue. Besides a pick me up convo with said friend, I found some yummy bites that held me over til dinner. Tucked away behind a chain pizza place, House of Per'La is definitely worth the find.
Ill start with: Bacon. Chocolate. Chip. Cookie. Yes, it's as good as it sounds (I liked it better than their guava chocolate chip). Yes, they have that many variety of sweets. For my actual brunch, I enjoyed their fluffy frittata with cheese, a cheese pan de bono (getting the guava one one next time), and a perfectly warm artistic latte. I did take the aforementioned cookies to go after hearing my friend mention them.
Speaking of coffee, you can also buy coffee beans and they will grind them at the store. Since my culinary skills are zero to nill, I will just enjoy it at Per'La. The space is cozy and the vibe low-key, perfect to study or get some work done. Oh, and well behaved doggos in strollers are welcome.

Best coffee in Coral Gables! Or Miami for that matter. I've toured most of the specialty coffee shops around Greater Miami, and so far, this one has the best coffee. Nice food, too.

By far one of the best cold brews I've had (many times now). the staff is super friendly, and the guayaba pan de bono will change your life. Awesome place.
