What a GEM!
This used to be the old Starbucks location and I was so delighted to walk into CORTADITO and have it become my new favorite place while I’m in Miami!
The food is delicious the place is so quaint and lovely.
But the best part is the service!
Specifically Ms. FRANCA!
She is delightful and went above and beyond!
Cortadito is a beautiful addition to the Gables.
And FRANCA is a treasure!
Keep her happy, she deserves it!!!

This place is a great little Cuban spot in the heart of the Gables. Right on Miracle Mile & Lejuene, across from Hillstone. The food & coffee are all great, especially the Cuban bowls. They offer Smoothies, pastries, and more.
All of the staff is very nice and friendly. Diany is really great!
This is a great spot for a fast-casual meal with some really good coffee for dessert.

I visited this place here while on vacations, I recommend it, especially because of Mariana's attention. She was very kind with me and my family. We will definitely come back next time we visit Coral Gables

The first time that I eat at cortadito was last week, and me and my wife love it, the food is so tasti, the service is so nice that we have dinner already twice this week, is amazing, actually I going to make another order for tonight because we want to try all the menu 💚💜

Had the tres leches latte and the matcha latte. Both delicious! Tres leches was a tad sweet for my taste, but I can imagine it’s perfect for others..but it was still great! Will certainly come back.

Tasty guava and cheese pastelito and cordadito. If you prefer something really sweet then the guava bread is a good choice. They also serve cuban sandwiches as well.

Where to start.
40$ for two croissants, 2 coladas, and 2 empanadas is absolutely mad but no problem. I figured this is going to be the best cuban food and coffee I've ever had.
30+ minutes after I placed my order it was finally ready.
The croissants were burned on the outside and ice cold on the inside
The empanadas were the absolute worst empanadas I've ever eaten in my life.
The coladas were kcup quality espresso with no sugar for 3$ each. "coffee house" is literally in the name how do you not even make decent coffee?!
In a town were delicious cuban food is a stones throw away you are going to have to do way better cut your prices in half and figure out how every other cuban place can make this order in under 5 minutes but it takes you 30.
I'm having a really hard time figuring out who decided to put "Cuba" anywhere in the description of this place. There are Nicaraguan, Venezuelan, and Colombian gas station cafeterias that make better cuban food and coffee in a fraction of the time at 30% the cost.

One of my new favorite lunch spots in Coral Gables. Staff is friendly. Prices are fair. Food is delicious. I have gone 2 times so far. I have tried a cortadito, cafe con leche, ham croquettas, pan con lechon, a bowl with ropa vieja, rice, blackbeans, and plantains, and the banana bread. I loved everything. Coffee is good Cuban style coffee. Same with the croquettas. They are pretty big size as well. pan con lechon was so flavorful, juicy and tender. I loved it. I ordered the cilantro sauce on the side and it was a good addition as well. The bowl was great. I really loved the beans and ropa vieja. It was seasoned perfectly. Other places tend to put too much salt, this one was just right. The banana bread is so moist, I was very satisfied. Honestly, I'm impressed as this place exceeded my initial expectations. I am truly delighted to have a great Cuban lunch spot on the Mile. I hope for this place to succeed and be a staple go to for Coral Gables.
