Absolutely fantastic, sandwiches are wonderful but the almond croissant is top-tier deliciousness and the beignets are just phenomenal. Honestly, this is too good a place for Cocoa Village but I'm thankful it's here.

I could not be more thrilled to have a French bakery in the Village. The shop is well decorated and cozy. Unfortunately, I found both my tart and pain au chocolate underwhelming. I did visit in the early afternoon so perhaps the bun would have been better in the morning. We are severely lacking in good bakeries in Brevard, as we all know, so it is not fair to measure against NYC and SF quality goods. That said, I do feel like the quality needs to be dialed in a bit.

This place is amazing. The interior is cozy, clean, and well decorated; the staff is friendly, efficient, and always have great smiles; and (let's not forget the most important part) the food is incredible! I have come in four times, and I'm always amazed at the quality. The croissants are so light, fluffy, and airy with just the right, ever so little, amount of crunch to the outermost layer of pastry. I would use the word ethereal to describe them. The tarts are fantastic as well, adorned with the freshest and most beautiful raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. My favorite is the salmon, goat cheese, and spinach quiche. Whenever I go, I can't help but buy two or three of them because they are so delicious.

TLDR: Definitely stop in and taste something amazing. This place is definitely worth giving a try

Four of us each had the almond croissant and various coffees. The croissants were very good and we will definitely be back.

Cute and cozy. I didn’t try the food but the oat latte and baked items were phenomenal

This could definitely be a five star bakery, if the owners work out a few kinks. While the sandwiches and pastries are delightful, the customer service leaves much to be desired. When I went for brunch on Thursday, there were several women behind the counter, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. It took all of them to take my small party's simple order, and I had to correct an item that I watched one of the lady's ring up because it was not what my mother had ordered. Not a big deal, but the lady proceeded to argue with me when I politely pointed the error out. The food was good, but my aunt and mother thought it was tacky that $13 sandwiches were being served on cheap paper plates with even cheaper utensils that weren't up to the task of cutting through croissants. I ordered some macarons to go that I was planning on gifting to a friend that evening, but opted not to when I opened the box and saw that several of them were cracked. Again, I'm sure they were delicious, but not what I would expect appearance-wise from an upscale French bakery. I hope that the owners will read these reviews and take the necessary steps to improve the bakery because it really does have the potential to be great!

Very disappointed in my tart, virtually tasteless, pretty but no flavor.

I am not a local but here every year for a few days. This bakery is wonderful. The Apple turnover I had was perfectly prepared with a flaky crust covering delicious Apple slices. I had the American coffee and it was as also delicious. There was NOTHING in the bakery case that did not make my mouth water.
