Unfriendly to black customers; not good for business. After waiting for over 5 minutes I had to ask for service, the store was empty so they were not busy. The latte was cold and tasted bad. This is a black-owned company and I’m wondering if the owner is aware of this.

The staff was friendly. I ordered the womelette was tasteless and the eggs in it was overcooked. My husband ordered the No-so-plain Jane waffle with a side of eggs. The eggs were cold and over cooked. We ordered hot coffee and the Latte was cold and bitter. Overall was not the experience that we expected. Was our first time and also our last.

I debated between 3 and 4 stars for one reason. The breakfast burrito I ordered was pretty good as was the cappuccino. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was a little “fast foodish” but understandable for the location and acceptable. The issue was while I was here several people came and went. My table was not clean when I sat and I didn’t see anyone clean any tables. That was one one, but important miss. When the cashier wasn’t busy she could have taken the opportunity to wipe down tables.

Wow! We were impressed when we ventured here for lunch today. Wish we'd checked it out sooner. The Groupon I purchased got us in the door for a first visit but we will be back for many more! Unique and delicious menu selections.
(Excellent customer service as well! My son did not realize his item had onions and pepper in it. They were happy to get him a new one without onion and pepper.)
