Stopped by here to try a healthy breakfast drink for a meeting I had. I do not drink coffee but there was a protein coffee option here that my friend had and he was very happy with his selection. I had the caramel toffee protein drink and was not disappointed. Along with my protein drink they gave you a shot of aloe juice to help ease any stomach digestive issues! Super cool place and concept. Love, love, love this place will be recommending others to check it out. Start your morning off with something better than just a coffee

I love stopping by The Zone after my workouts for a shake and tea bomb combo. They have so many delicious shake flavors and refreshing teas to choose. The staff is always super friendly and helpful if you are indecisive about what flavor you might like. They even greet you by name if you've visited their location previously. These smoothies are unbelievable!!! They taste so awesome it’s hard to believe they’re healthy! We had peppermint bark & German chocolate cake! Highly recommended!! Huge selection & great customer service!

This is an amazing little spot for a healthy drink - I had the large size caramel protein coffee which had 30g of protein and only 200 calories - not entirely sure how it's possible, but it was genuinely delicious, if a little artificially sweet
I got one of the kids drinks for my little ones to share, and these are 0 caffeine and 0 sugar so perfect for a little treat for them
The staff member here was lovely to chat to and really took the time to help me understand the menu - there is a huge amount of choice here

Ken, Kristen, Melissa, Abbey, Amanda, EVERYONE is so super welcoming and will guide you through their awesome shakes and tea bombs! The staff at The Zone Nutrition treat you like family. To start my day I need coffee. Their iced coffee is a lot better than anything I have had and it’s healthy. he protein coffee is one of my favorites to start my day! I’m a big snacker throughout my day but with one shake I didn’t snack at all. I would have to say the blueberry muffin shake is the best shake I tried and kept me full until my next meal. The tea bombs are really the bomb! Keep me going with the energy I need and I don’t have to reach for any energy drink from the store. I’m a big Red Bull drinker and in the past two years I have not needed a Red Bull since I started coming to the Zone !
