Came based on reviews and pictures and this Cafe definitely lived up to all of the excellent reviews. Speedy service. We were greeted when we came in and the food was AMAZING! Usually when ordering shrimp and grits you do not get many shrimp, but this dish was filled with shrimp. Great atmosphere, great service and would recommend for breakfast!

What a great experience. Coming from New Smyrna area and having a few good home cooking places, this is like what Camelot Country at oak hill flea market was at home We miss ron. This place brings memories of Camelot and Littles even in a way. Definitely recommend.Lisa was the best. What a great energy she has and very friendly. I will definitely come back here when I'm down here. I forgot to mention how delicious the home fries are and my breakfast overall. Also, the coffee is great. And it really is a great price

Family owned and operated cafe, everyone here was super friendly and the food was superb. A nice place to stop in for lunch or breakfast.

We were looking for a quick breakfast before ending our weekend trip at Bahia Honda since we were camping. We decided to stop here and it was the best decision. Staff is extremely pleasant and nice to talk to. It’s a little hole in the wall, but the best food sometimes come from a small place. I had a delicious breakfast burrito with french fries. Will definitely come back!

First time there and the soup of the day was Mexican Chicken soup.

It was so good I almost ordered a second bowl!

Update: always get the soup.

So my fiance and I went to this place. I was very disappointed. Being a chef and restaurant manager back in NY, I have never had terrible service like we did. Never have I gone to a breakfast place and never got offered coffee with the menu. She say is, gave us menus and didn't even ask if we wanted to start with coffee or anything to drink. Waited 5 mins before she walked past our table with a huge pot of coffee to fill people who were shoving their faces with food... They don't want coffee at this point. I had to ask for coffee. I wasn't happy, so I didn't even eat. My girlfriend said it was foody, but I won't go back again

We ate breakfast here twice. It's a simple, friendly, noisy diner. I had the Mini Gut Buster once and scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese grits the second time. Both dishes were good. On Sunday, it took a long time for our good to come out, but our servers were all attentive. We would eat here again. It seems that lots of locals eat here, also.

The Florida Keys Cafe reminds me of an traditional diner. The menu has many typical diner meals, as well as some unique items. I ordered shrimp and grits with a biscuit. My meal was tasty. I'm picky with how my shrimp are cooked, but these were on point... Not overcooked! There's only a few breakfast places in Big Pine, we're glad we picked Florida Keys Cafe.

Stopped for breakfast as it is basically across from Big Pine Flea Market. Another good weekend place to check out. Food and service was excellent and very reasonable 😃
