Pros (or whats to be expected):

The drink I ordered tasted good. The place is cute. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected with a mom and pop shop - they don't get corporate bulk discounts.

It is a lovely place I would like to support, but cannot during the pandemic while they do not wear masks. It is too risky for me and those I love, and the masks are a bare minimum precaution during this time. The house is big enough to socially distance if you stay as a customer, but the space behind the counter where the staff are is not. Additionally it is a renovated older home, so I am sure the air does not circulate well enough to reduce particles transmitting (though that is pure conjecture on my end). That is why the place only gets 2 stars. I just can't really recommend right now. I guess I will wait until the pandemic ends to patron this place again.

Just had lunch with my parents and it was my first visit here, though they frequent this coffee house. It was awesome! Such a cute place! The food and coffee were fantastic! Definitely plan on going again.

Cute space! Perfect for get some work done, study or meet with some friends and talk over a cup of coffee. Coffee was delicious (they had oatmilk). And their coconut frozen drink was super good. Staff super friendly. I will definitely visit again! 🙂

This has quickly become our favorite coffee spot. My wife and I are constantly evaluating how close our plans or errands bring us to Canon and whether or not we will have enough time to stop by. Also love that it's a local small business; can't recommend it enough!

I love this place! Before this, there was no quality coffee shop in Apopka. This is now my go-to place to work, meet clients or just grab a coffee and a ridiculously delicious gluten free brownie (with such clean ingredients!). The staff is so kind and Tammy has done an amazing job with the creative idea of turning an old house into a coffee shop! It has many rooms so a great place to work and chat. They have options too for dairy free as I like oat milk sometimes in my coffee. I highly recommend if you are looking for a unique, local spot to grab coffee!

Such a cute hidden gem! The drink menu highlights something for everyone and the building has cute rooms fit for a drink with a friend or a table full of laughter. The owner is kind and it's wonderful supporting small business when you get the chance to meet their family!

The first time I went to Canon Coffee, I absolutely fell in love with their store and the coffee. The staff was very attentive and the atmosphere is adorable. I saw a few people post about not wearing a mask. It was refreshing to have a business owner trust the customers to socially distance. Which is very easy to do in the shop. The rooms are small so you can only fit one or two parties of 2 or 4 in each room anyways. This is now our go-to place. Hopefully our Keurig won't go on strike for non-use. hehe.

I love coffee and this was terrific. Honestly this may have been the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered the Apopkan with notes of citrus especially first few sips.

Seriously the best coffee shop I have been to in awhile. The food is good, the staff is very friendly - very cool atmosphere - private rooms, wifi is decent also. I can see this will be a new favorite place to come get work done.
