I am a local and have always had great experiences at the coffee company, until today. The young girl who was at the register was extremely rude and eventually a different young woman came and took my order. After waiting 20 minutes for my drink (and watching 4 groups of people come and go) I had to ask for it to be made because the girls had "forgotten". I am very disappointed in the service and probably will not be returning for a while.

What a cute coffee and chocolate stop. If you’re looking for pastries, fine chocolates, or innovative coffees, this is a great place. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady behind the chocolate cases.

My daughter and I had lunch at this quaint eatery in Apalachicola. She had a muffaletta, which had Genoa salami, ham and provolone cheese ($8.99) I had the biscuit and gravy ($7) as they were out of roast beef for the sandwich I wanted. Lunch is served from 11-3. Prices range from $6.99 to $8.99. They also serve Gelato, and have an impressive range of flavors: tupelo honey, peach, mango, blackberry, mocha, lime, cookies and cream and many more. (We tried mango and mocha: $3.25 for one scoop). The shop is open for Gelato and chocolates until 5pm. Several varieties of homemade chocolates were available. I tried a milk chocolate turtle and the caramel was so soft and lovely, just delicious. My daughter had a dark chocolate salted caramel. Very delicious as well. So whether you are looking for lunch, or some specialty chocolates, you can't go wrong with a stop at the Apalachicola Chocolate and Coffee Company.

Great espresso! The grind and roast their own coffee beans! Very nice friendly staff. Family owned. Clean! Dog friendly inside ( It's was 90° & We have a hot natures golden retriever So thankful for that!) and outside! Great experience, went back multiple times on our trip. They have fresh made gelato and they make fresh gourmet chocolates!

Wouldn't know if it's good or not because you advertise as open on Mondays when you are not. Please update.... I went back for coffee and a little afternoon snack. Wow, I was impressed. A very cool atmosphere with a great selection of baked goods and chocolates as well as in house roasted coffee beans. The biscotti was excellent and the coconut cream pie was amazing. Bought some coffee beans for the house which produced an excellent cup of coffee the next morning. Highly recommend

Kinda regret it that we waited on the last day our trip to go here. Their breakfast egg bowl was really good and I really really loved the coffee. Best coffee I had during our trip. My husband got a belgium chocolate pudding and he said that it was really good. Service was great. Definitely 5 stars for me.

Coffee was good. Chocolate was good. Donut was baked and dry.

The sweets were good but very expensive for what you get. I had one small square of salted caramel and my wife got one dark chocolate turtle, that was almost $6. My wife said the caramel frappe was delicious. Staff was friendly to us but didn't seem to friendly with each other.
