My favorite place to grab coffee on the way to work. Their croissants are the best in DC, and I've been enjoying the buffalo chicken wraps, which have just the right amount of spice. The service is always fast and friendly.

Always efficient for an espresso drink, and a great selection of healthy breakfast and lunch items available for immediate pick-up. Friendly staff! Love that they give leftover items to the homeless.

I went to pret a manger in union station for the second time in the last couple of months Sunday 8/22/18. The first time the bread for my sandwich was dry. So this past Sunday I opened the packet before I paid for it to check, it seemed OK, however after I had purchased a drink at another vendor and went downstairs to consume my Sandwich the bread was dry again!! I know that I should have gone upstairs to complain but I had just run 20 miles to get there and could not be bothered. I am originally from the UK and on every occasion the sandwiches have been far superior there

I take the MARC at least once a week and Pret is part of my routine. The food is healthy and high-quality, the staff are helpful + fast (don't be deterred at a line of several people during rush hours, you'll still make your train) and one time when I grabbed lunch and realized I had forgotten my wallet, they were generous enough to give me what I had intended to buy for free anyway. Very kind of them.

The store ran out of a drink I ordered. I wasn't upset in the slightest but as I received a refund I was really (pleasantly) surprised at how the situation was handled. Thank you to the manager and staff for great customer service and being a part of a smooth evening after work!

Whenever I go to Union Station in D.C (at least twice a month), I always begin my day with delicious treats and drinks here. The freshly baked goodies are so delectable.

This place has good food. Because food is premade, it is one of the least customizable places in Union Station. It gets such a high review because it is the only place in Union Station where at noon you can get out in five minutes and still get good food.

Five stars for healthy, quick food options and great service while hussling to Amtrak. Staff was friendly, accurate, and super efficient. Vegan options for breakfast and lunch.

Union station branch doesn't open at posted time of 5:30 am. At 5:35 when I asked when exactly they would open received vague explanation regarding having to put money at the registers. Finally opened at 5:38 with no apologies..

Awesome salads for a quick and healthy lunch. It's rare to find a portable lunch from a place like Union Station that has ingredients like fresh salmon, edamame, and quinoa, but this place has it.
