True french experience! Sub-par coffee with staff that will scoff in disgust, just like the French. I really feel like I escape and travel to Montpellier or Paris when I come here. The fresh pastries fill the air, complimented by fresh ground coffee. The staff roll their eyes at every customer that enters (as is French customary tradition). They do have a banana ice smoothie with cocoa nibs that really hits the spot in the summer.

The prosciutto sandwich hot was 🤌🏽. Such a lovely cafe vibe too. Staff remembers customer names and are always up beat, but not in a Pollyanna type way, more in a gentle positive outlook on life kind of way. Just a very warm place to start the day.

We ate here for breakfast and it was delicious, SUPER BUSY today, barely had room to breathe in there, but overall a good meal. I had the fruit parfait, with a chewy granola mix in.

One of THE best cafes I’ve ever been to. I’ve been searching out a European style cafe that reminded me of Germany for months. This place did not disappoint!
They make a killer latte, and an AMAZING croissant. I got the ham and cheese one, and it was perfectly salty, gooey, and extremely flaky. With the latte, it was amazing! I felt as if I was right back in Europe.

It's okay. I was walking the streets looking at the row houses and stumbled onto the place. It's cramped spaces.

Nice seating area. Food was good. Avocado bacon sandwich and quiches were excellent.

The avocado toast was delicious and flavorful. Their syrup is different than what your used to, a little sweeter but still good. Waffles came with fruit and tasted as expected. The vanilla iced latte was good, could be a tad sweeter but if you don’t like things too sweet it’s perfect for you. The place is very small so don’t plan more than 2-3 people

A local place for brunch and serving good sandwiches...I thought no specialty cusine in particular...it is better for couples cuz the space is so small for families

Great coffee and friendly staff preparing the food on the spot. The ambiance is comfortable and inviting, and the pricing is very reasonable. Jul 2017 menu on my photos. Free WiFi for customers. Barista is fluent in English and Spanish, and can hold her own in French.

Cute place to grab a coffee and pastry or lunch. We had the Turkey club with potato salad. It was outstanding. Close to the Library of Congress and Capital.
