Excellent coffee and incredibly fresh and tasty lunch.

Cashier didn't hear our full order so waited extra time for the second plate. Then wasn't correct; no carrots, no dressing on greens and wrong bread. No cream or milk available for self-serve.

Food and coffee was good, but not what we wanted or ordered from the beginning.

Good for coffee and baked stuff only. We just had a very overpriced breakfast that was cold served. They are clearly under stuffed. The had no napkins left in the store and no soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms.

I am one of the persons who enjoy discovering new places and additions to city, and this spot truly amazed me. There is not a single reason to not give 5 stars ( I would give 10 if there was a possibility for that). Decor, service, quality of beverages - top level. It's that good, that I take my time to come all over from Silver Spring to enjoy this place. Keep going - great job

Tasty coffee, very pricey tho! The music is very loud in here, that is my main complaint. I eventually left after about 30 minutes because it was too loud to properly get any work done

UPDATE: On my second visit, I ordered a latte (still good) and a chocolate chip scone. Despite being large and attractive, the scone was the worst I've ever had. It had little to no taste and DRY. It literally crumbled all over the floor on my first bite loosing about half of it. It took me years to like scones, but this scone affirmed how bad scones can be. Dry scones aren't the best.

For Five Coffee is the latest coffee surge in Washington, D.C. Coming to us from New York City, they have three shops in the area. This location is the only Washington, D.C. location.

The space is large. There's outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating.

Their coffee menu has the usual suspects and I enjoyed my $5 latte. The hazelnut chocolate croissant was small and just okay.

Where they shine is coffee. It's accessible and tasty.

They also have an app and a rewards card.

Great vibe, stylish, comfortable seating and great tunes. I’ve only tried the funfetti cookie and Americano so far but both were fantastic. Baristas are incredibly friendly. This is my new favourite coffee shop in the city, keep it up 🥰✨

Pleasant experience stopping by for lunch. A bit pricey for a soup and a cookie but that's the area. I love the space, ambiance and the toilets are sparkling clean. Will come back!

I paid $8 for a dirty chai with regular milk. Tastes like water. Girl who made it had an attitude. I’ve been here other times as I work a street over. It’s too expensive and I leave unsatisfied. They lost a customer.

Incredibly slow service when I went on a Saturday morning. Very bad, burned espresso tasting latte. Regular drip coffee was fine but nothing to write home about - same goes for the pastries I ordered.
