Bluestone Lane Dupont Circle Coffee Shop

I love Bluestone but it seems like there is something always going on with the kitchen at this location. There have been times I have come during their working hours and the have shut down the store 15-20min before the time. One time the store manager did not let me order a smoothie cause they were closing in 15 min (seriously). One time I placed an order and once they realized it was something out of the kitchen, they then told me the kitchen was closed for the day. I hope they can improve

Loved my BL burrito! They missed bacon but they took care of that quickly but it was really good even without bacon! Service was great! We had John and he was super sweet and attentive. Love the vibes of the place as well. Also who can pass up $5 mimosas? Lol

Honestly best Avocado Toast I have ever had!

Visited a second branch in DC after trying this in Philly. Absolutely loved it. Their rainbow bowl and breakfast bowl is super delicious and healthy, you fell full yet satisfied that you've filled your stomach with something good. Staff are very helpful as well. The seating in this branch are a bit odd given there's just some seating. But overall highly recommended.

This place is an absolute joke! They close whenever they feel like and I highly doubt there is even a manager here to see/know what is happening. Several times during the week they close before noon even though both yelp and google show 7-4pm. Today (Saturday) was the last straw, they are supposed to be open 8-3pm and it's completely shut. Please be better Bluestone.

Ten minutes and counting for a single cup of black coffee. Staff is working their butts off. There’s clearly something awry with management going on.

Update: Finally got the coffee. Was pretty good. Probably won’t be back.

Finally made it to this fab coffee shop. The iced chai was top notch and the avocado toast looked like it was made with 2+ avocados. Gorgeous space, kind employees and great food/drink.

Great study spot. Good food and coffee with great seating and outlet access. Service from Malikh was excellent, will be back!

The staff at the Connecticut location has always been so incredibly friendly and helpful every time I visited. They always remember my name and order and the food is always prepared fresh and in a timely fashion. The physical environment is bright, clean and spacious with outdoor seating. I highly recommend you all support this business, especially during these hard economic times!

Small portions but too expensive for breakfast and coffee.
