Rise Up Coffee

Really nice and cozy place. I had the veg. Burrito and added avocado. It was very delicious and loved the on the side sauce. It added a nice kick to it. Would definitely recommend and come back.

I am so happy a Rise Up Roasters opened in Rehoboth finally. So far I've only been in to get coffee but I love the feel of the restaurant and bar but for me the best part is that they have a pet friendly outdoor patio. The staff is always super friendly and unlike a couple other coffee houses I've been, when you order and pay for an extra espresso shot for your coffee it actually goes in. Heading back to Rehoboth this weekend and am looking forward to having breakfast or lunch here. FYI, during the busy season the parking lot can be busy but there's lots of on street parking.

Coffee has a great flavor. We stopped in twice and decided to try a bagel with cream cheese on our second round. We waited for the bagels and the girl apologized as she was doing other chores, so we stood their waiting for a while as our bagels had been apparently sitting there for a while. We then opened the bagels and realized it was a dill spread, nowhere on the menu was that mentioned nor was it when we ordered. I love everything bagels since they alone pack a lot of flavor, the dill added too much to it that the savory taste just went beyond too much flavor and didn't mix well on my taste buds. This is a great stop for a morning cup of joe for us, not so much for the food.

10/10 coffee shop! Love this place, the staff were very kind and the espresso was amazing. Their branding is also very cute.

The coffee here is just right, flavorful but not hammer over the head. The food is disappointing. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which sounded outstanding on paper from the organic ingredients to artisan preparation. However when it arrived it was clearly a day-old biscuit. Dry, crumbly, stale. The egg was lukewarm. My love ordered a bagel, which was standard grocery store fare. Go for the coffee. Maybe it was an off day.

Great coffee, breakfast burritos are simple and delicious - clearly a local favorite as there has been a line every morning. Staff is really friendly and hard-working, but expect a wait for your food or drink after ordering (at least, that was our experience in June 2020 while the whole operation was being run as takeout from the storefront. They definitely know their coffee. Both our cold brews and frozen coffee drinks were amazing. Well worth the wait if you have the time. Will definitely be back.

Great breakfast spot, but pricey. $50 for 2 adults and 2 kids to eat. Biscuits are good but dry.

Really disappointing that they don’t have actual dairy free options. Many people have dairy and gluten allergies you would think a place that advertises as organic would have a few options. The chai is concentrate with dairy in it not actual chai tea. The organic smoothie had purée and sugar in it.

Really delicious avocado toast! And good coffee. They have a nice covered patio so I could bring my dog. Thanks!
