Shearwater Coffee Bar Westport

Nice folks, relaxed vibe, fair prices, indoor & outdoor options, and a great location with lots of parking.

Shearwater is the best coffee shop in westport. They are the only ones who make cappucinos and cortados in a small cup, which is the real way the drink is supposed to be made. The espresso is very good quality and the baristas are all very friendly.

The coffee shop uses a Shyler espresso machine. They blend the espresso beans and make a great espresso served in a ceramic cup. This is how in my opinion it should be done. Paper cups served at "chain" coffee shops come on America. Well with the visit.

Cute place, great coffee - not open for dine-in right now due to covid, even though their website on google says they are (just FYI for anyone looking for a place to do work/writing).

High quality coffee and snacks, nice seating and large windows full of light. But not enough seating, and high prices. A bit too "precious" for me most of the time.

The servers were both nice.
They helped me to make my own decision of what to purchase.

Ignore the grumpy Westporters - the coffee is strong and full of flavor, every time I've gone the staff has been welcoming, and the ambience is lovely.

Come for the espresso, stay for the avocado toast. This is the best coffee in Westport. The servers are friendly and professional.
