Such an adorable hidden gem in Bunker Hill! I wish I lived in the neighborhood because I would walk over here all the time if I could. The decor is so cute, and it was a perfect spot for my friend and I to catch up. I had a Reese’s milkshake and appreciated that it was made with fresh peanut butter and not an artificial mix. My friend loved her iced mocha coffee too. It was tough to choose a drink because there were so many great options! Though the food menus are small, there are some really creative options available. My friend’s avocado toast was fantastic, and I loved my “waffle wich” with bacon, havarti, and strawberry jam. Such a cool flavor combo, and all of the ingredients were so fresh. The owner also makes a few flavors of homemade ice cream, so we tried the maple bacon which was fantastic! I definitely want to come back soon!

I've come to this place a couple times now, and I have to say it's a great little spot with options you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere nearby. Awesome hot chocolate options, different food items like various crepes and Mediterranean avocado toast along with various sandwich choices for lunch. You can get a variety of coffees, teas and/or milkshakes to enjoy. This is not a super quick and cheap spot churning out basic breakfast sandwiches(you can always get a breakfast sandwich if you want) but a quaint place with a chill vibe that's well worth the experience. The people are inviting and the atmosphere something you'd never expect in the area. Along with board games and a cozy fireplace to boot, I would definitely recommend this gem 👍

This little corner bistro is absolutely phenomenal!! If you are anywhere in the area and you can appreciate food that speaks to both your heart and soul then you have got to stop by and give them a try. Their drink selection alone is mind blowing. I had the "cookie monster" milkshake and it literally tasted like someone baked a fresh batch of cookies in my cup. So creamy and delicious! Their presentation of both food and drink puts them on a whole different level. My milkshake had gummy worms, all sorts of fancy sprinkles and even a couple cookie wafers. Everything is made with so much heart and soul you can taste it with every bite. From homemade french soup, to perfectly done avocado toast this places skimps on nothing and they truly aim to Thank You for your patronage. The staff was very friendly, service was phenomenal and the place was cozy and comfortable. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. One of those little neighborhood hidden jem places that will totally WOW you !!

Hidden Gem of Waterbury!
Delicious food made fresh and served with sunshine by owner Yelana. Such a cozy spot with creative flair. Lots of wall eye candy. The Java brings me joy, served in mugs, no two are the same. Love the pastries, the combinations are one of a kind like cinnamon bun chocolate chip cookies. Great spot to meet friends and relax, just something super special about this place. Try it yourself and see.

Yelena is the owner, she’s not only the one making the delicious food.. BUT can we talk about the decorations?! Yep, all her! She’s a gem! From her customer service, to how delicious everything comes out! I’m new to CT and I’m SOOO glad I came across this place! This is my third time here and now I just walk in and ask her to make me whatever she’s in the mood for! Highly recommend you give this place a try! You won’t regret it. 😊

A recent impromptu visit to the area brought me to this really special spot in the Bunker Hill section of Waterbury…. Honey listen. You walk in…. You want coffee, smoothies, breakfast, paninis, avocado toast… that’s just the start! Conveniently located on a street corner, with lots of beautiful natural light and handmade decorations…. This is the place for you to relax and treat yourself. I chose a Mediterranean avocado toast… made FRESH, so bring some patience and an appetite. Very reasonably priced, staffed by friendly people who are personable and attentive. The ingredients were top notch. I also enjoyed a cold coffee and took home a muffin to enjoy later. Bring a book, a friend, a smile and take a load off. Just what that area of Waterbury needed…. Classy, but low key and has something for everyone.

Great place with a friendly atmosphere and lots of creative art on the walls for sale! Fun to stop for coffee (lots of flavors) and a choice of homemade baked goods, have a meal or ice cream sundae or shake. Always great conversation with Yelena, the owner. Also we love the cozy fireplace in the wintertime!
