Coffee and baked good (banana bread) were good. The old saying remains true “you come for the food but come back for the service.” Unfortunately, not the case today. Gentleman in sweat pants & hat ignored me for almost 5 minutes. No one else in line. Finally, the girl preparing coffee drinks turned to ask for my order. I understand busy and short staffed. This was mid-afternoon on a Sat. A quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” changes the whole experience but was absent here. We support local and will try again and hope for a better experience to match the quality of the food and nice interior space.
Wonderful spot for meeting up with friends or on your own. Great gelato, tea and Italian sodas. Met my financial advisor there one morning for advice and completing paperwork and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Also, great place for working on projects. Good hours, too. Suggestion: Would appreciate more flavors for Italian sodas (hazelnut, almond, lemon, etc., like the Italians do).
it’s very cute and minimalistic. the strawberry gelato is too die for, very natural. the place is well organized and the staff is sweet. i recommend! the bathroom is adorbs.
I’ve been here 4 times. And am writing this as a plea to please up your bagel game. This bagel is terrible! Your sandwiches are very good as is the coffee. But this bagel is a 1/10. Store bought bagels are better.
Cafe Barista is 100% the best coffee around. Sure, we have a Durkin in town and several other places to get coffee, but with Cafe Barista you get the Starbucks quality with a small town feel. I can't say anything negative about it, service is always quick, people are always friendly and atmosphere is always top-notch. Being versatile, to be able to sit outside or inside, really helps the aesthetics of the Cafe. One thing that may make it better (if thats even possible) is a suggestion box for potential ideas of different bagels, pastries, coffee's etc. I have a preference for Salt bagels I wish they would carry. So incredibly happy to have Barista Cafe in our town!
Love the ambience here and so excited to have a cafe in Suffield!! Had the caramel macchiato…tasted authentic!! Great service & this place looks like it’s going to do great!
Definitely more premium taste of coffee than Starbucks, and it’s cost more. I paid for large americano 5$ plus almond milk with taxes 6.01$ Nice minimalistic atmosphere inside. Great service!
Croissants are great (with a special mention to the almond croissant) very similar not to say identical to French ones. Iced coffee were good too. I will be trying out different items off the menu.

Good selection of teas, water could be hotter, but tasty nonetheless. Great decor and lots of outlets!
