Baker's Dozen of Plainfield

Bakers Dozen as a whole is a great place . Nice to see the business expanding and giving Dunkin Donuts competition. The Plainfield Bakers dozen was disappointing. Maybe it was just and off day . The server was not that good and the place was a mess . Tables were dirty and there was something sticky on the floor. It was not busy when I went in they had the staff someone should of been cleaning .

Fastest coffee line I've ever been in and we got 2 fat boys which were awesome. Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Very friendly staff. Switched to here from Dunkin and have no regrets. So far it's even been cheaper than Dunkin too

Normally I am a daily customer spend approximately $10 and is considered a good Tipper.... but for some reason today that elderly woman manager was made some remarks that word discourteous rude unprofessional and disrespectful and she was not even the employee that was waiting on me she clearly lacks the customer service skills and management skill sadly I will not be returning as a daily customer!!! She is not the type of person you want to deal with when you first wake up in the morning if you are there to get coffee to wake up start your day.......

Good coffee. The sandwiches are far better than dunkin donuts. People working are always friendly. And I like that there are always beautiful women working there. And that there are always friendly kind younger men working there. It's definatley the most "in" coffee chain around. Keep it up BD!!

I helped my landlord by moving things for her and we stopped here for coffee afterwards. Well I was so worried bc coffee is hit or miss with me. It was so good and They have really pleasant people who work there. All around great service.

Love this place and there food!!The place is busy all the time and you know what that means??The food and coffee is always fresh!!!Kudos to the workers working at the Plainfield location!!👍👍

I stop in on my way into work, most days. There is a fantastic crew of girls that work in the morning. The blueberry muffin tops are to die for!!! I strongly suggest you give them a try.

The food is good there, especially the hearty bagels. However...I bring in my own fly swatter and the tables need to be cleaned more frequently. Other than that, the service is excellent.

The staff here is always very friendly!
