Willoughby's Coffee & Tea

One of the Havens outstanding coffee shops. The roasting brings out the best in the means they have to offer. Are baked goods are tasty comedy I'll be on soon there shots he's welcoming, and their staff is helpful. What more could you want for a cup of coffee?

Though I have not been to any of the store locations, over the past couple of years I've had several pounds of Willoughby's freshly roasted beans delivered to my home for personal grinding.
The beans are of superior quality, rendering wonderfully aromatic and richly flavored coffee. I think highly of Willoughby's Coffee and Tea and will recommend their products to everyone I know.

I ordered a latte and the milk was boiling hot that i burned my tongue, it was too hot even after 10 minutes. If you know about latte, the milk shouldn't be too hot 🥵

Great coffee and service. The feature changes daily and is always a great way to try new roasts. Can't say enough good things about the friendliness of the staff here too!

The best coffee shop in town. Premium coffee and tea quality, very clean counters and back storage, and professional service. Nice sitting area overlooking busy pedestrian traffic.

If you get there early enough in the day you have another brew to choose from their posted list. Their extra special varieties are exceptional and we'll worth the extra cost. You don't​ know until you try them.

Sometimes you get so caught up in the rut of life (and big chain coffee) that you start to forget life's true necessities. Thank God Willoughby's is there to remind us of how delicious good coffee should be!

Simply the best coffee in New Haven

I’m not a regular at this location but have been in a few times recently and each time the staff’s had an attitude and has been rude. Don’t ask any questions and if they don’t personally know you they’re about as personable as the DMV. The coffee is better than Starbucks but is also over-roasted.
