My husband and I visited recently and absolutely loved the vibe! So many awesome plants to make this place so cozy. Plenty of seating so dining in and hanging out is not a problem. Great baked goods and food choices as well as a nice drink menu. Looking forward to visiting again!

First time ordering a Taro mousse cake and it was totally worth it! The consistency of the cake was amazing, unlike any other cake we have tried. The layers of cake were just the right amount of moist and the mousse flavor was great. We asked to add the fresh fruits at the top as well

This is my ultimate pregnancy craving… this place has me in a choke hold. The taro latte and sakura latte is delish 😋 the pastries are so light, delicate and tasty. Service is friendly and quick.
don’t forget to check out the plants! they have some great house plants for sale for decent prices.

Hmm. The coffee is ok, decent espresso but not great. The real problem is the bahn mi. It’s not a bahn mi. I was really looking forward to pickled veggies in my sandwich but alas, some cut raw green peppers and red onion does not a bahn mi make.
If I hadn’t ordered to go, I’d have insisted on my money back. I was hopeful this place would be as good as the reviews but it’s just not.

I decided to try this place as it was close to where my parents live and I wanted to support an independent cafe instead of a chain. It seemed like they had festive holiday drinks, so I thought it would be a fun treat for my roadtrip ahead. I ordered a hot chai latte, and sadly it was the worst chai I've ever had. There was so much spice in it that it burned my throat, yet it was oddly flavorless. It basically tasted like water with a ton of spices thrown it. I couldn't even take more than a few sips before I tossed it.
I also ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and the egg was so runny. It was a mess and not cooked through. That may just be my individual preference, but they did not ask how I wanted the eggs, and I've never actually had an egg sandwich that didn't cook the yolk all the way through as usually it's scrambled. I also threw out the sandwich. It was also simply served on plain white bread which I didn't expect from a high-end bakery. I was hoping for a bagel or croissant or English muffin, but the menu didn't specify and I incorrectly assumed.
However, I ordered my friend an iced coffee and she liked it well enough, so extra star for that.

It's fine, but not phenomenal. The place feels small and cramped inside, the menu can not be seen until you're literally at the register, and the prices are higher than expected. A banana pudding (skip it), tart (ok), 1 cookies and cream macaroon (great), and a brown sugar iced coffee (skip) was like $18. While the macaroons are very tasty, I won't be buying them again outside of a special occasion. Be prepared to wait in line for 10 minutes and be prepared for things to sell out by early in the day. I purchased a tart at 1030AM and found out that they didn't have any left after cashing out (had already sold it but presumably didn't remove it from case). The whole experience felt a bit chaotic behind the counter. There were 5-6 employees in a cramped space trying to avoid each other and complete orders.

Coffee is ok..not the greatest coffee but a pretty good cup of coffee. Got the caramel latte, liked the fact they had a good vegan option. There’s a lot of competition with coffee shops now and some of the options the coffee just taste great. It’s all about the coffee maybe look into a better coffee that has a full bodied taste…but everything else is there the ambience. The caramel flavor was pretty good…but some of their competitors use a homemade caramel that has a more natural taste versus the syrups that have an after taste. It makes a huge difference. And on a side note after I had this coffee the coloring of my skin and the coloring of my eyes looked very unhealthy. There is some coffee that is more toxic than others for your health. My body didn’t react well to their coffee. The white of my eyes turned yellow.

Decent coffee store with a variety of pastries and cakes along with brunch options.

Some of the best coffee, pastries, and overall vibe among CT cafes. Watched other customers smiling ear to ear sipping on their drinks and enjoying their food here – rare to see food & drink inspire joy like that. Fair prices, good service, great quality. Perfect place for a snack, to chat, or get some work done. Never feels too crowded or rushed, and offers a unique style among local coffee shops. Local gem.

A hidden gem. The pastries and other bakery items are delicious. Especially the macarons! The cafe itself is just a great vibe. Their cakes are amazing for birthdays and other special occasions. Everything is just the right amount of sweet. 12/10!
