Had the dark roast coffee and the Cubano sandwich. Fabulous!

Their staff is very pleasant. Their coffee is... Inoffensive. I had a cappuccino, while it was actually a latte (which is fine too) it had pleasant but not amazing flavor. I purchased a couple bags of coffee; their espresso and the Kenyan both from Irving Farms, both roast dates within the past 2 weeks.

Very excited to try a new roastery, I put the beans through my Niche Zero grinder, dialed them in after a few attempts and ended up with... A middle of the road espresso... While it was smooth, not bitter (beyond what espresso should be) and not sour (under extracted) it was just... Bland. Not much body, no exceptional or unique flavor. Made a latte with it, the whole milk improved the mouth feel definitely, but didn't open it to much of a flavor profile. Wife and I agree it was decent cup, but nothing special.

Moving onto the Kenyan, of which I normally really enjoy... I put it through my favorite aeropress recipe and was once again graced with a mediocre cup of coffee. Really no body to speak of, but it was balanced though any of the described flavors on the bag were absent. At $25 for 12 oz of beans this was an absolute disappointment bordering on criminal.

My suggestion to Rebel Dog: find a better roastery for your beans. These are disappointing. Go local, like perhaps with Perkatory or SoGi. I'm still exploring and I wish your business much success. Best to you all.

The coffee is delicious. Breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches are very solid. Try the tobasco maple butter. The food / drinks aren’t cheap, but they’re worth the price. They also have done a fantastic job with the pandemic and I am happy to give them my business.

Coffee is good! Food is very average at best. I have been eating there for a long time because there are no other options around. They have great ideas for food but generally very poorly seasoned.

Edit: I take back on the coffee being good. They have a lot of options but the outcome is just not that great.

Great place for coffee or a quick breakfast/lunch. Coffee is great and they always have good rotating seasonal flavor shots. Their vanilla bourbon flavor (available year round) is amazing! Great options for create-your-own breakfast sandwiches. Cajun Nutmeg chips are the perfect side and the lunch menu includes huge sandwiches! You could easily split a sandwich and chips with someone and feel like you are a full lunch. A little pricey, but compared to other “specialty” coffee shops, the prices really aren’t too bad!

It's all about the coffee here. My partner mainlines their Jet Fuel cold brew and I dig the lattes. Always a good experience, and the coffee does you just right.

My family and I love to get their breakfast sandwiches. They're completely customizable to an amazing yet not overwhelming degree. I love their hot coffee, and my wife swears by their cold brew.

Service has always been excellent, take out or eat in. With current conditions as they are, everyone is STILL friendly and welcoming and the food has been consistently as good as it had been.

Food here is pretty good! Definitely worth giving a shot. I had the Cubano sandwich with fries and a cafe mocha. The fries were thin cut, crispy, and delicious. The sandwich was also a very pleasant surprise, good size, and tasty. Could use more pickles or mustard. The cafe mocha was also pretty good. Deep rich flavor. Definitely wanna come back and try more items off the menu. Staff is pleasant too.

Ordered on-line. Breakfast sandwich and iced mocha. Everything was great and ready on time.

Don't know what happened but quality is intermittent. Coffee has been Average. Response to customers issues is bad. Need to get better lunch options. Its been disappointing the last bunch of times I've gone. Hope they straighten it out or I'll probably be going elsewhere.
