I want to like this place because I live within walking distance and it’s very convenient. That said, I’ve given it multiple tries and my issue is with service. I recently waited 13 minutes for soup, which was their soup of day so I presume it wasn’t being freshly made. Several customers came in after me, placed and received sandwich orders, and I still waited a few additional minutes. This has happened on more than one occasion so I’ll likely not be back.

I came across this place a few days ago while on business in the area.
I had one of their signature espresso shots, a latte, and a chocolate croissant. Everything was excellent and I’d say that this place is a cut above the rest.
The interior of the shop was very clean including the seating areas, etc., with a nice atmosphere.
The staff was friendly and worked diligently behind the counter to fill orders.
I had the pleasure of meeting both the owners while I was there, and they were warm and inviting. It’s clear in speaking with them that customer satisfaction, and the quality of the product they make and sell, is of utmost importance.
I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Please please hire staff who can hear your order, trifecta now of 3 orders in a row taken incorrectly. Not getting decaf coffee is a terrible mistake when pregnant! I was very clear in giving my order and yet again it got messed up! Thanks so much!!

Crazy good! These guys seriously knock it out of the park. Their signature "wake-cup-shot" is worth the trip alone. Definitely try the sausage, egg, and cheese on a pretzel bagel. You will be planning your next trip after eating that! The space is renovated, so it is light & bright and very clean. Staff is genuinely friendly and happy to be there. Awesome spot! I can't wait to try more of their menu.

Ordered a frappe which taste like plain mill, there was no one in the store and a bacon egg and cheese took 10 minutes.

Would give zero stars if possible. *haven't been to this shop and haven't tried any products* I had a inquire for the owner in regards to their website and was told via phone, in 1.5 seconds "not interested, don't call back". If this behavior is any indication of how this man treats his regular clients there, its a HARD PASS for me and this business. Again haven't tried anything here/ physically been here, only speaking to the attitude/behavior of the owner (Stanley) whom im told his name was. Proceed at own risk!

We stopped here for breakfast while on a road trip. Anyone who's traveled knows finding good food on the road can be a challenge to say the least. Wake-Up-Coffee not only stepped up to the plate to provide quality fare, they did it with a creative twist that knocked it out of the park. Breakfast sandwich on a soft pretzel - brilliant and delicious!

I adore this coffee shop. Being from Seattle, I know good coffee, and this is the best coffee I’ve had up and down the east coast! They roast it in house. All of the pastries and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancakes and avocado toast. I love all the baristas and the owners are there all the time. Super friendly and the store is gorgeous!

I like this new place, I am becoming addicted to this shop, the coffee always tastes fresh and the attention is very pleasant and immediate, the bathrooms are always clean as well as the lobby, enough parking, there are a couple of observations that I would like to make: the Employees should be identified since it is not known if they are customers or workers, they have a beautiful counter, but with all those business cards that almost cover it, it only distorts the image of their place. I suggest you have a wet floor ad for this season. (I work in high traffic areas)

Great place! Very clutch as it’s right off the (NY bound) platform. It was hot outside and I had to wait a bit for the train, so I went in for a lemonade and it so perfectly hit the spot while I waited for the train.
