Oh my goodness, their coffee is amazing, plus their ice coffees! Will absolutely come again!!

The GF brownie was excellent, and GF lemon biscotti was the perfect compliment to a well-made Americano. Nice staff, small and cozy tables with outdoor seating available. I did not see a Wi-Fi network available, but I also didn't ask... So it's possible I just did not see one on the network list or any signage around the cafe.

David runs a great place. Be aware, the African coffees have some serious caffeine! And the macaroons... They're prizewinning and delicious.

Small shop. Limited people at a time. Huge bagels. Good sized pastries. Once staff. Worth the visit.

Essex Coffee and Tea is a small "vest pocket" shop that features a variety of coffees and some tasty pastries to go with. A comfortable spot for a coffee and a chat.

I want this place in my town! It's the kind of independent coffee shop I love and reminds me of Pacific Northwest coffee country and the chill coffee experience in Denver.
