Café Real

I found out about this place like a year ago, me and my friend like to explore local coffee places so we would go every time my friend was in town. The owner was always so nice to us. He would always talk to us and make conversation with us. There was one day we went in and my friend made conversation about how her guilty pleasure is putting a little too much sweetness in her coffee and it was a habit she couldn’t break. The owner offered to trade her very sweet latte for 10 cups of regular coffee, one every time she came to visit because he wanted to help. The whole conversation was filled with positivity, we stayed there talking longer than anticipated. There are many small businesses I support but this visit made had a big impression on me and even a year later I still remember. After we left, I remember telling my friend, “Wow, I have never met a stranger that was so willing to help and go out of his way to not only offer you the coffee but to encourage you with such kind words.” Cafe Real not only sells the BEST Colombian coffee but also represented by the most genuine people.

Dame Tinto. I stopped by for a cup of coffee and was thrilled with the experience. Eduardo is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained in the most detailed way possible. I have learned about the process of roasting coffee as they do it ON SITE. He even took the time to explain each extraction method that they use. I even purchased a bag of their 100% Columbian coffee to spread the word. They have each roast Prepackaged and ready to go. I highly recommend this place and will tell you to drive out of the way to go here. Very clean, easy entry, and a patio to enjoy your drink outdoors. Last but not least the waffles!! They are a must try. This coffee will give our Mocha Dark Chocolate an amazing boost.

Always a pleasure- this gem is not to be missed! The same family farms the coffee in Colombia before shipping it to the US to be freshly roasted and ground before it’s served up with the warmest, most genuine service around! The coffee is second to none and tastes like chocolate and magic. Bring home a pound of dark roast and you’ll be hooked! Try some of the chocolate treats and macarons if you love yourself at all- you will be so thrilled that you did. This is so much more than a coffee shop, it’s a cultural experience, it’s a community, and it’s home!

PS- If you have horrific heartburn, like I do, Cafe Real’s Dark Roast with oat milk in a French press is not likely to upset your stomach! That means you still get to enjoy a warm cup in the morning, start your day right, and not feel sick or in pain like you will with Starbuck’s, Dublin, or Rebel Dog!

Amazing service, delicious coffee, great pastries and fresh made churros. Very clean and tastefully decorated. No decaf, so could only sip some of my latte, but will definitely go again. Was told they have a beautiful patio with water view, but didn't know about it and never looked.

Fantastic coffee shop. The coffee is amazing. The owner/staff are exceptional. If you haven’t tried Cafe Real yet, you should. Even if you’re a regular coffee drinker and prefer chain coffee places, Cafe Real’s regular hot medium or dark roast coffee is in a different league compared to the national chains.

Street and parking lot parking available. Pastries/danishes for sale, also delicious.

Cafe Real is a gem. If this place were located in downtown Los Angeles, it would be famous and on every "best of" list. Yet here it is, hidden in Bristol. Everything about Cafe Real exudes quality and kindness and we are lucky to have them!

You have got to try it. Best coffee around they are so passionate about coffee and it shows. Very reasonable prices too!

What an amazing visit to Real Cafe this morning. The owner was very kind and we learned a few interesting facts on coffee and his process. My latte was amazing, smooth and delicious! My daughter got the cold brew which she said was "the best she ever had". I love the fact that this is a family owned business. I will definetely be back!

I almost never do reviews, but this coffee is outstanding and deserves another good review. My wife and I were looking for some coffee on our way home and decided to stop to support a local business. Without a doubt we willI continue to support Cafe Real as their coffee is top notch.
