I think it's messed up they charge for a ketchup packet without telling you. Even when I ordered hashbrowns and only asked for one ketchup! Their specialty lattes have been good though.

Coffee was disgusting, energy drink wasn't much better. they also gave me a smaller size than I ordered. stood in line for 15 minutes, waited another 15 for my drinks, definitely not worth 10 bucks for two small drinks and a half hour of my time wasted.

A little pricey for the quality. Sandwiches are prepackaged so you can't order exactly what you want, which was a bummer. $18.00 for a coffee, iced tea, bagel and breakfast sandwich is a little steep. I can order the same at another famous coffee shop and pay $6 less, plus we can order the sandwich exactly how we like it. We were disappointed.

Aroma Joe's is amazing it's like what Duncan used to be but way better. Only downside is there's not enough locations. We need one in every town. Yes its that good, try them today. You won't regret it I promise.

I dive up to window and requested a double shot of espresso over ice in a large cup so I could fill the rest with my protein shake.
When I drive around to the next window I was given two iced coffees. I told the girl that’s not what I ordered and she said oh she read it wrong and I was only charged for one. So she gives me the one even though I told her that’s not what I wanted but I took it anyway. I drove off and when I was about a block away I realized she didn’t even give me a straw.
In the end I wasted time and money for something I didn’t want and couldn’t drink until I got TonY destination

Ok. So here’s the thing. They just opened and they’re training baristas. That’s perfectly understandable and not the cause of my rating. You’ll wait in line, so don’t get mad. They’re still learning.
Here’s my gripe. The prices aren’t worth the quality of product. I had the AJ’s Rush with Blue Hawaiian. It was over sweetened (they’re still learning so not upset about that), but the price was obscene. $6.75 for a 32oz. I got it to try it, it was good, but not for that price. If it was a dollar lower, that would be more reasonable.
The other prices were a bit much as well. One person told me the quality of coffee wasn’t worth it, that you’d get better coffee from your Keurig.
I’d consider going back if I’m in desperate need of caffeine and in a rush (after the novelty has settled down).
I can’t stress enough how my experience is not because of the baristas in training. Everyone there was very friendly and super helpful.

My new go to spot for energy drinks, went and got an ajs infusion rocket pop, and it was SO GOOD. I will be trying all of the flavors now.
My only gripe (this won't effect everybody) with this place is the drive through lane is REALLY narrow, so if you're like me and have expensive wheels on your car just be careful taking the turns.

Absolutely amazing service, selection, & staff!! Aroma Joe's is a great in between if you enjoy Dunkin or Starbucks. Will definitely be returning (probably over & over again haha) - it's way too good not to!
