Kavaldi Coffee

Metro north commuter, stopped here for a breakfast bite. Place was clean and nicely decorated, staff very friendly, and the sandwich (bacon egg and cheese) was excellent. Got my sandwich in about 5 mins. Zero complaints and they may have won a new regular customer.

I'm an Ethnic American and I enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and people. Kavaldi coffee treated me well & I felt NO RACISM while waiting for my order. Great Restaurant/ Coffee House!!!👍🏾

My family and I wanted to try a different coffee shop and we are glad we did I had the western omelette my girlfriend had the grilled cheese with avocado and 🥓 both items were flavorful we loved it

I saw that this place was open on housatonic's social media and wanted to give it a try. I came in with my dad and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and the omelette I had was really good. If I could change anything though. I would want the home fries to be a bit more soft. Other than that great establishment, good atmosphere and pretty decent food.

I have been to Kavaldi many times. Food is always delicious, coffee is good, and the staff are all lovely! I have never had anything but excellent service. It’s a great weekday lunch spot and is adorable inside. It’s a favorite in our office. Cheesesteak is amazing!

Since this place as open my co- workers have praised this place. I decided to order something yesterday for the first time, The staff was very nice and friendly and I thought it was a great addition to the neighborhood I work literally the next building from this place. Unfortunately as I was leaving the restaurant a crazy tenant from the building starts taking pictures of my vehicle my license plate and then decided to yell out racial field hate towards me. I’m a 5’2 black female, i’ve decided to jump in my car and the man decided to jump in front of my car threaten me call me all sorts of profanity called me the N-word it was a very unfortunate situation. So why would I give the restaurant one star because unfortunately the crazy tenant that lives above the restaurant realized that my car was only parked a few feet in the next parking lot and decided to harass me and my car for the majority of my work shift the cops were called four times my coworkers had to go outside and the gentleman tried to attack me physically and my coworkers. Unfortunately when the police department decided to ask the restaurant if they knew the gentleman, since I did say That he was a tenant of the building the restaurant decided not to get involved because they knew the tenant and he was a patron of the restaurant even though he was clearly racist and I’m sure they saw him jump his bike in front of my vehicle preventing me to leave the parking lot. My coworkers and I have decided that they will not be patrons of this establishment since they feel it’s OK for single women to not only get verbally assaulted but physically assaulted as well. We live in crazy times we’re grown Caucasian men think that they can physically assault African-American females just for merit. And restaurant establishments choose not to get involved because they think the guy is nice even though they have windows and they can clearly seen what happened yesterday.

Sandwiches are good . coffee is the worst I've ever had. Those plastic machines don’t make the best coffee. You’ll need a real espresso machine. Staff is good!

I went to the TD Bank and looked down the block and saw two black & White Umbrellas and got curious. Never walked that way. Right across from Housatonic College is this really cute and clean place Kavaldi Coffee. I wanted a smoothie since it's 80° today. I got the "Green" I will be going back there. Thank you Jorge!!!

beautifull place to take breakfast or lunch, good food, good coffee, and Jorge (the cashier) is a really nice person
