Lovely cafe in the heart of Woodland Park. Gorgeous views of Pikes Peak right off the main road, with its own parking lot. Delicious brews with a large selection of bakery goods including some vegan options! Muffins, bagels, and cookies pair nicely with the lattes for a delectable treat for everyone. Good number of outdoor tables to enjoy the morning sunshine.
The staff was so friendly! I enjoyed my hot raspberry mocha this morning + breakfast after a night of camping. I wish I lived in this town so I could work here. Thank you again!
Cafe Leo is a great spot to grab a coffee or pastry in downtown Woodland Park. Despite its unassuming exterior, the inside has been beautifully transformed into a cozy and welcoming hang out with plenty of hygge factor.
The patio is dog friendly and has plenty of seating, though it can get quite sunny so it's best to enjoy at a less sunny time or bring some sunscreen.
The staff was very friendly and the drink coolers were well stocked with a variety of soda and bubbly beverages.
The pastries we tried - the cranberry scone and the kouign-amann - were both delicious. The scone had a nice crumbly texture and a subtle hint of rosemary. The kouign-amann was rich, as most kouign-amanns are, but it was a treat to indulge. We'll definitely be stopping by on our next visit to Woodland Park.
Love this stop after running and hiking out this way. The lattes are on point, all the options for milk alternatives. GF pastry options, bagel sandwiches, pop tarts, even smoothies. Staff is so friendly and make everything that extra goodness.
Outstanding coffeeshop with a great atmosphere. We had their classic sandwich and the spicy avocado. The spicy avocado was outstanding. I'm not overstating this... it was amazing. The other sandwich was pretty average but still well made.
We will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches and coffee.
I love Cafe Leo for many reasons: Pastries? Awesome. Matcha latte? Awesome. Breakfast sandwiches? Awesome. People behind the counter? Very friendly and accommodating. I have experienced some long wait times in the past but I feel that in the past few months they have really stepped it up.
My wife and I have always loved Cafe Leo since having our first date here. Returning to Colorado after years away we found the coffee shop to be even improved. The tea selection, espresso, sandwiches and especially the homemade pop tarts are well worth the visit.
You would think oatmeal ordered anywhere would be a boring choice. Not their oatmeal. It is delicious with blueberries and pecans. Also got to taste a breakfast burrito which was excellent. My vanilla latte was great too. No surprises with the latte but it was good.
Drove up to Café Leo and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere has greatly improved with the nice touches of decor , lights and music. The coffee was great and my scone was amazing. Its been a bit since our last visit and it seems like there's new people or maybe they switched owners or something, I dont know, but the young ladies working there were really nice and friendly. Its a nice improvement over the last time , which wasn't bad, just not as pleasant . But now, we'll go every chance we get. Keep up the good work Cafe Leo.
Love this small town coffee shop!! They have wonderful shakes and coffee options! Very calm vibe and the perfect place to have a cup of tea/coffee and study/read a book. The staff is very quick with orders and are very understanding if you need to change anything about your order. I love ALL of the sandwichs! Yummy! (Get the spicy avo TRUST ME)
