Dutch Bros Coffee

Pretty good service! Friendly staff. Their menu is huge though and sometimes they run to your car and want to order before you've seen the menu. That's a lot of pressure! Pictured here is my son's favorite drink, the shark attack.

When you get to Dutch Brothers, you are greeted by staff that is friendly, enthusiastic, energized and ready to serve you some of the best drinks in town.
That is why I would recommend going to Dutch Brothers not only for the drinks, atmosphere and the people, but for how they give back to the community (ie: breast cancer awareness, ALS and more)

I went to get a water bottle from Dutch bros in windsor. There was no line at all and no cars behind me. I ordered a drink. The person was very very short with me and rude. I asked questions if I could buy a water bottle or if they knew when they would get anymore in. She said she didn't work there very long, didn't even attempt to ask anyone else and went back to laughing and joking with the other staff members. Than when I left what I ordered wasn't what I got ended up having to throw it away. I have only ever been here once because it's always busy but the way I was treated and didn't even get any of my question answered didn't feel great. I will never go back to this location. There is a human bean and a Starbucks that have always been more friendly and I feel as though my questions are taking care of even if they don't know the answers they will go find someone that could answer your questions. There was lack of management and resources here.

I loved my experience here! I came in later on in the evening, and ordered my drink, and had a great conversation with the person who took my order. I would have stayed longer, but then someone pulled up behind me, and I didn’t want to hold him up, so I left. But Dutch Bros consistently has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Every time.

I share the sentiment of everyone how friendly the staff is. Ive my best DBs experiences at this one and we frequent all in NoCO.
UPDATE: Lost 2 more stars. They fixed their traffic issue but created another one. Now if someone follows the system they have in place with 2 lanes, the outer lane gets ignored or still has to wait because people who can't read signs all went to the inside lane.
UPDATE2: The staff are still great but the 2 lanes system still causes a lot of issues. It's unfortunate for the staff and customers when one or the other doesn't follow the process.

Love this place. Melony is the best, honestly needs promoted! She is so fun to talk to.

I love the way they make my sugar free Annihilator. No whipped cream, just delicious coffee. Sometimes I get ice cubes to turn it to a cold drink after a few sips. The Dutch Bros. crew is always very friendly and quick. Thanks Windsor team! ♥♥

This is a convenient location for me but the service isn't as good as Loveland it Fort Collins locations. Staff is friendly but not always fast. High school kids like to hang out here. Waiting for second Fort Collins site hopefully on the North side of town!
