Owl Canyon Coffee

I'm all about local business and buying local first.... If that product or service is equivalent to what I can get elsewhere. This place is just not it. The service was not very friendly, it took an unreasonable amount of time to get our drinks (I'm talking twenty minutes for a cup of tea, which was just hot water and a point in the direction of a make it yourself tea station). It's not convenient to get to and very little parking nearby. I'd rather stop at the Human Bean truck or drink gas station coffee.

Stopped in to pick up some homemade pies that look AMAZING! Staff was very friendly, and the Americano and brewed coffees were both very good! Would come back for coffee anytime!

I am not a huge coffee fan but this place does a great cup. Made to order and did not have that burnt Starbucks smell or flavor. The service was amazing!

Really good coffee. Super nice barista. Friendly atmosphere and comfortable. Clean. I think the back door is handicap accessible but check first. 1 small step in the front. Parking meh. It's the first time I have been there and I will be going back.

Loved this little coffee shop! Perfect side getaway for a family stop.
Take your cooler and keep going past the McDonalds into the little town of Wellington! Shop has free Wifi, comfortable atmosphere and friendly service.
Right next door is a vintage/shop full of old and reusable items with good prices.
Just back a block (the way you came in) and over a block is the City Park. Lots of grass for kids and dog. (Pick up dog poo please)!! A great new playground and even a 'stage' with audience seating; for some great pretend. ENJOY, I did.

Support local business. Everyone in town has raved about this place. So this morning I decided to skip the Human Bean(my go to coffee shop) and support my local business. I waited until I got back into Wellington to get m morning coffee. I had high hopes... However I was severely disappointed. I was over charged for my medium blended latte with hazelnut, and then go to drink it and discover there was no hazelnut flavor added even though I was charged extra for the flavor add in. Now I have a $7 coffee that I can't even drink.

My 2 year old son and I come here every Friday morning and absolutely love this place. He looks forward to the owl place every week!! Wonderful owners and great coffee.

Adorable little spot. Only tried a basic medium roast, it was a pick up for an event, but can't wait to come try out so much more!

First time at this cute little coffee house and first time having great coffee (other than starbucks.. ew) since I moved from IL. The barista was great and very friendly! The latte I had a was a vanilla and cinnamon latte. I dont remember what the name was but back home we call it a Sweetheart latte. Very good! Not too sweet and not too bitter. Perfect! I used to work as a barista back home and we had manual press machines. I think the one in this store is on the older side but makes the best espresso and the crema was beautiful! If you ever have to get a new espresso machine stick with older models if possible or at least get the manual machines! It's so much better than, cough(starbuck), automatic ones.

Huge selection of craft coffee drinks! We've never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend!
