We were passing through Trinidad on a trip and randomly stopped at Tony’s Diner, best decision ever! They had a sign on the door letting us know they were short staffed; the food was still amazing and out quickly, and our waitress was so friendly and attentive! The owner even stopped by to make sure everything was okay, and crack a few jokes! I definitely recommend this diner and we will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Delicious food, a ton of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great staff and the owner takes great pride in his business, always greets us when we go in.

While on our family cross country trip from Michigan to California we came across Toni's Diner and the cooks did not disappoint the food was fresh and hot! The servers both so sweet and made sure multiple times that we had anything we needed. Definitely recommend!🥓🥞🧇🌶

The chili fries do not come with cheese on top. They came cold with exactly what it says fries with chili.

Nice local spot with quality food at a good price. It's always nice to see Tony walking around and visiting the patrons. The sausage is amazing they make their own and you can't go wrong with the chili from Chimayo that Tony brings in.

It's been 6 months since I had lunch at Tony's. It was an unforgettable experience. Hence this review. Tony is a true gentleman, and a committed Christian. It's true, I had possibly the worst chicken-fried steak of my life there, and perhaps I complained a little too loudly about it to my wife, not knowing I was within earshot of the owner. Tony came over to my table, and explained the diner was serving road kill that day --- he hoped I'd enjoyed it. Not knowing who he was, I replied that it was the best road kill I'd ever eaten. He smiled. We joked about the meal. There was a little digression of a biblical nature. Talk about turning the other cheek! A little humor went a long way to salvaging an otherwise unsalvageable dining experience. I wish him the best. I do know he is assured of a happy afterlife.

Stopped in to have some breakfast before heading back to Texas. This place was great! They make their own sausage and it was very delicious. Food was nice and hot and the staff was so friendly. Definitely recommend!

Chicken fried steak, yeah buddy. It's a good one! Hash browns could be more crispy. Definitely a spot for everybody, but the S&P is quite helpful. They also have Tabasco
