Loved coming in to Emerald today! We’ve been waiting for it to open and it’s awesome! Something for everyone and very family friendly. The owners are very sweet and so proud of what they have created. You won’t find better service anywhere in Steamboat! The menu offering is really nice and expansive. Lots of healthy options and no added sugar to anything.

Beautiful cappuccino and very kind owner and staff. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to Steamboat! Very high quality drinks and service. Every aspect of the place is 5 star!

Great service and helpful owners. In a town with many candy and ice cream shops, it is hard to find a place with healthy snacks. Emerald hits the spot with healthy foods. We had a frozen golden milk that was out of this world.

Great food at good prices in a cozy atmosphere, highly recommend! Baked good sweetened without sugar, house made soup of the day is always perfect for the chilly weather, quality beverages of all kinds.

I had an excellent pour-over coffee here a few days ago, and our kids had enjoyable and relatively healthy (organic, fresh, etc.) drinks. The staff were quite pleasant, and the atmosphere was nice (calm, pretty interior). We'll go back here again.

If you’re a coffee connoisseur you’ll know. These coffees are expertly made by artists in their craft. Coffee so smooth, so well balanced it practically drinks itself! Strong coffee too. Consistently great (whereas other shops you may not always get the same quality, milk frothing etc., acidity). They pay attention to every detail every time.

Sandwich was extremely overpriced and very underwhelming. Very small for the price, the chi is very weak and flavorless, the food took an extremely long time to come out and we eventually left before we got our whole order. Many other coffee shops in town with much better prices and products. Very disappointed, won't be going back again

Super cute coffee shop, had the most delicious tea and at a perfect temperature too; definitely stop by the owner is super friendly and the girl working the counter is cute.
