Dutch Bros Coffee

I'm so glad they opened this one. I like and work like 5-10 min away and it's so nice to just be able to get coffee from a place I like. The " broista's " are super friendly, but if you're high in the drive thru be prepare for lots of talking my stoner friends.
They don't do regular brewed coffee, and they don't have much in terms of sweets, but the muffin tops they do have are delicious and I love the customization options for drinks

I really enjoy coming here and never have a bad experience. The employees are always kind and helpful. My drinks always come out great. My only complaint is occasionally the person taking my order will not give me the option to tip, so I have to assume they are tipping themselves. I also don’t agree with them signing for me on a card purchase, it doesn’t sit well with me.

This place is life to me! Work right next to it at bdubs so I'm there like everyday 💯. Plus yall got this beautiful worker there that has a nose ring wish i wasnt so shy! Her makeup on point every time I see her 💯 🔥

Probably the worst Dutch Bro’s I’ve ever been too. The workers are nice. The customers service experience definitely needs some work. I’ve been going to Dutch bros when the first one opened in Denver off Colfax. This one by far is the worst experience yet. The line is extremely slow, then you order at the window thinking it would be faster it’s even way slower. The barista explained that even if you go through the window that it doesn’t matter on first come first serve because once its entered through the iPad they take those drive thru orders first. So why even have a window then? When I go to other locations it doesn’t work like that? I can’t ask for my drink I get because the never make it correctly so I have to simplify it. It’s just not good, I’ve been to Dutch bros in Las Vegas and Colorado Springs area and this one still is a disappointment every time. You can check my app, I have spent a lot of time and money at Dutch Bro’s and the experience I receive at this location is very worrisome.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
I cannot believe this place is in business with the length of a drive thru wait time. Especially when they had 4 people working. It took over 35 minutes to get through the drive thru at 6PM on a Saturday and we only ordered 1 item. I would have left the line after 15 minutes but the lane that would have let me leave early was closed due to an open manhole with cones around it. To top it all off there were customers that cut in line and don't respect the order of arrival or lane merging.

The customer service here is on another level! Such nice people working here always a joy to get coffee or tea and the drinks themselves are amazing. Way better than Starbucks and cheaper lol

I had my drink made wrong and Gavin was so understanding and remade it with no questions… other cafés will invalidate you and make you feel bad for speaking up.

Their iced chai with almond milk is sooooo delicious! Highly recommend.

I ordered a hot chocolate today and it was lukewarm. If I’m paying $3 or more I would like my drink to be hot!! I also hate they have a screen for tipping and they ask you do you want to tip. If I want to tip I will give cash stop asking for it. If you ask I won’t tip!!!

I had been coming to this shop for weeks with no issues. Today I ordered my normal oat milk Annihilator, and when I started drinking it, I noticed it tasted funny, but I brushed it off, but then my stomach started to hurt and I realized they put regular milk instead of oat. With just a few sips, my whole day was ruined. I had to leave work early and hours later I’m still sick. I’m sure it was an accident, but that’s a pretty bad mistake to make with someone who is very lactose intolerant. I feel so violated.
