The barista Saturday July 7th around 2.30 was amazing! It was busy, hot, and the guy in front of me was a "interesting" customer. She handled it like a pro. I would say they need more staffing to handle the busy season. One barista was not enough for the business you had!

We have ordered whole bean roasted coffee from Cimarron a few times and I have to say the coffee has been great! We have always received our coffee on time (within 2 days of roasting) and the coffee is very affordable too.

We recently ordered coffee from intelligentsia and we had to pay extra for shipping costs, and for a 5 day shipping it was 13 dollars! What a rip off for a big company.

Order your coffee from Cimarron its affordable, you'll always get the roasted coffee on time and the owner isn't trying to rip you off!

My friend bought a Molasses cookie and a 5 shot Mocha Expresso. She said her drink was better than Starbucks! I tasted the cookie & it was delicious!

I love Cimarron Coffee & Books. I dream about their chai lattes (1/2 sweet, 1/2 spicy, and made with oat milk). The new owners are fantastic people too.

Got the cortado and was pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was and how well it was crafted by the barista. Would definitely return next time I’m driving through that area!

Great relaxed vibe, the lattes and espresso are always solid, and on top of all that the book selection is top notch. While waiting for your caffeine fix, check out all the local hiking guidebooks, photography, and trucker hats.

Great Joe, friendly staff, indoor/outdoor seating, self service coffee if you want it... It all works. Minus a star for uncomfortably high prices on swag targeted at tourists. Cool book selection!

It ain't Starbucks. And that ain't bad. Coffee and more. Some of the chairs are falling apart, but the coffee and breakfast snacks are so good, you won't care. And , hey, its in stunning Ridgway Colorado. So sit down and enjoy the morning bucko.
