Rubicon Coffee

How often do you get the chance to get coffee that was roasted just an hour before you buy it? I really love the Lambhorn Blend, and every time I come to Paonia I always try to stick up on 2-4 pounds to bring home. Big shout out to Jay - he's a very pleasant person and a knowledgeable roaster. Looking forward to my morning coffees now that I'm restocked!

Good, clean food made on the premises. Amazing, world class views off the Paonia valley and mountains. Coffee is made from beans fresh roasted right there. An excellent place to meet and eat.
